Everything was just ok. The menu is way slimmed down. I do understand why they had to do that but now the items we normally get are not available. The french fries were not great. The buffalo chicken wrap was ok. My issue was it was dripping out the bottom so bad it soaked most of my plate. Not sure why it was so runny.
Also, the stall doors in the restroom did not lock. So all I could do was hope that no one opened the door while I was in there. On a brighter note, the staff was very friendly and we liked the music they were playing.

I hadn’t been to Social in quite some time, but a buddy and I decided to stop in yesterday — and I’m glad we did. Dani was our bartender and she was super attentive, keeping our drafts topped off the whole time. We also got to meet the managers, Joe and Christine. Christine actually sat with us and filled us in on everything happening at Social these days. She mentioned they recently added line dancing, which we definitely plan to come back and try. It’s not often a manager takes the time to sit and genuinely talk with you the way she did, and we really appreciated it.

On top of the great service and conversation, the food was excellent. If you haven’t tried their Philly steak sandwich, I highly recommend it. After this visit, we’ll definitely be coming back more often.

Just know on Saturday at 8:00pm. The kitchen is closed. No warning. No notification. Just drive up and find out. I came here years ago and this place USED to be a place to sit for hours. After this beer, I’m never coming back.

I have been brought so many of my clients in here for at least 6 years for lunch during the week. It always seems to impress them. Great service, good food, quick and easy even with a decent crowd. But the last visit really through me off. There was a small mix up with an order of one of my clients.. No big deal, but the way the manager (I believe her name was Christina) handled it was completely unprofessional. I’ve never seen someone on that much of a power trip over something so small. Instead of just fixing the problem, she had an attitude and it the whole thing awkward for everyone. My last straw was hearing her rude comments about us from around the corner when she didn’t think we could hear her. It sucks because our waitress was great and apologetic, but management like that kills the vibe fast and I believe she is new as I have never seen her before and usually see the guy that comes around to our table to see how everything is. It put a bad taste in my mouth and I think I’ll stick with Hammerstone’s or McGurks for my next client lunch.

Dani is a great bartender. Very attentive to customers on busy or slow days. Checked in on us anytime our drinks got low. Food delivered timely and took the dishes away as soon as we were done to allow room to continue our visit.
Hopefully all the employees are like that.

Went for Sunday brunch in December. I was under the impression it started at 11am. Got there a little early so we could find a great spot, which I did out front. Come to find out, they do open at 11, but don’t start serving until 12. When I got there, it was super cold inside. I was told by others in my group, DO NOT GET THE CHICKEN. But I got it anyways, along with the potatoes. When my food came out, the presentation was decent. When I took a bite of my chicken, it had a smell. THREE other people in my party smelled the chicken to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. I even had my waitress smell it and she agreed. It smelled like fish, but tasted spoiled. She took my plate back and the kitchen ensured it was NOT cooked in the same oil as the fish, but come on. They took the meal off with no problems and offered me a different meal. I declined and had my bottomless mimosas with just the potatoes, which were definitely edible. I’ll come back for the night vibe, but NEVER for brunch again!

If you’re looking for an unforgettable lunchtime experience, look no further than Pallie behind the bar at Social House. From the moment I sat down, Pallie made me feel so welcomed!

Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, Pallie’s energy and attention to detail elevate the whole experience. She’s a true standout and absolutely the reason I’ll be coming back. Don’t miss the chance to grab a drink with one of the best in the business! 10/10

Big place in Soulard, food is meh.

I got the burger, asked for it plain with cheese. Not sure if the waitress thought I meant with no seasoning but it was extremely plain. No flavor at all.
The fries were good!

My husband got the lamb chops, they were good. I didn’t think the mac and cheese was great but he thought it was fine.

The waitress was attentive and we got seated fast. They also took our plates quickly.

Good place to be social, I wouldn’t come for the food.
Giving 5 stars because it’s not their fault I don’t like the food.

Ok guys I must say this is a far contrast from the original Social House. The back bar will run neck and neck or surpass a lot of Clayton’s top dining spots. The service was great Maddison did her thing and when my sweet potato fries came out saltier than my liking, it was rectified immediately. I’m so excited to see what the dinner experience is here. I will update my review. UPDATE: I have been back a few times since and each time I ordered no salt and it was AMAZING

A good bar dance is full of life. It has fast music, loud cheers, and happy feet. People wear bright clothes and move to the beat. There’s lots of spinning, clapping, and fun steps.
