Attended a wedding shower here and the food (believe theirs) was great. Ciders are good, but I really enjoyed the pair of beers they have (esp stout). Our bartender, Amanda, was amazing. Friendly and cheerful throughout the afternoon.

Sociable Cider Werks is an absolute delight for anyone who loves creative, flavorful ciders. Their selection is impressive ranging from crisp, refreshing classics to unique, adventurous blends that are surprisingly balanced. Every cider I’ve tried has been high-quality and full of character.

The taproom has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, perfect for hanging out with friends or trying a tasting flight. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, happy to guide you through the options and suggest something that suits your palate.

Whether you’re a cider enthusiast or just looking for a fun spot to enjoy a drink, Sociable Cider Werks delivers an exceptional experience. I keep coming back because it’s consistently great—both the ciders and the atmosphere.

Really nice spot! It was a great place to chill for a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon and the THC beverages are so good! Loved the cranberry one. Not a ton of vegetarian options on the food front, so I didn’t try anything

Definitely a place worth visiting. They only serve hard cider, which is great. It’s gluten free. There’s nothing wrong with sociable cider werks, but there’s nothing to make it a place you must go.

They don’t have a kitchen, but they have a food truck outside the main entrance.

They sometimes have events, like an outdoor band in the summer.

Absolutely check them out!

Sociable has been one of my favorite places in Minneapolis since well before I could drink alcohol (don’t worry, they have NA options). There’s always been family friendly events, and plenty of seating to bring all your pals.

A decade later, as an openly queer adult, I still feel incredibly welcome. More importantly, I feel safe, and know the people I bring here will be safe, too. The vibes are friendliness first, but no BS tolerated.

Anyway– The drinks!? Perfection, chefs kiss. Locally made and full of love!!

They have rotating seasonal flavors, and I love to get some off sale to put aside. When I’m missing summers rhubarb-y zing or falls crispy goodness, I’ve got my fav Sociables all year ♥️

Bonus: They have AMAZING rocks all around. Strongly recommend grabbing a pint and taking a little stroll to see what you find! You can get another drink when you go back to wash an agate and see how cool it looks

This was our 1st time here, and we really liked it. You can get flights and choose from the various ciders. You can get just a single glass of cider. They have a GREAT warm, mulled cider, which I LOVED! I believe you can get cans of soda as well if you don’t want to drink hard cider. The atmosphere is great. It was Rustic and fun. The service at Sociable was fantastic & friendly. I thought it was great that in the winter, they sponsor Curling events. They had the rink covered because the Curling season is pretty much done, I guess.

As far as food… when we were there (3/2/25), we got there right at 12 noon when they opened (on a Sunday). From their website, they have a food truck on site, ‘So No’ I think it was called, and they were supposed to open for lunch at 1 pm. Someone was there at the food truck because we could see them doing stuff in the truck, but we never saw them actually open for service. The food truck had 2 big sections on each side they could open for service, but the side closest to Sociables entrance never opened to indicate they were open for business. At one point, I saw the side away from the Sociables entrance had opened and then closed, but that in no way told us that we could go and order anything. I ended up buying a small container of pretzels that Sociable sells for 3 adults to snack on, and we ended up having to leave at 2:45 pm. That is the only reason for the 1 star, but that really wasn’t Sociables’ fault. ‍♀️ I did check Sociables website and like their Facebook where they sometimes post if the food truck is unavailable for that day and didn’t see anything indicating that the food truck would not be open when we we went so… That was disappointing because we met a friend (it was there 1st time there as well) for hard cider and wanted lunch while we sat and visited/ caught up. So if we were to try to go there again, we would likely eat 1st before going and then just go for the cider. ‍♀️

This is a regular hangout for me, they always have fun new flavors to try and everyone is helpful and friendly!
Not to mention variety – it isn’t just cider. They have N/A options, a couple beers and THC offerings as well.
Lots of seating available, both inside and outside, and a good amount of events going on to foster community.

We reserved Sociable for a private event. It was the most seamless experience I’ve had working with a large venue. We got hit by a surprise of pouring rain, which required a lot of reworking of the space.

The staff was incredibly helpful in reorganizing furniture, moving the band indoors… they even helped us park our VW bus inside for the event, in case the rain didn’t lighten up in time (but it did)! When the weather cleared, the staff squeegeed and towel-dried all the outdoor furniture for our guests.

The drink selection was unmatched and So & So’s catering was excellent. Special thanks to Olivia, April, Amanda, Steve, Gardner, and all the staff that made this event a success! I would love to host future events in this space.

Nice beer garden with a small but solid selection of beers and cider. The staff are fast and courteous. It just happens to be trivia night.

The food truck outside have a small and overpriced menu, or I would give this five stars.

Overall it’s a nice place.
