We enjoyed the DJ and the music selections were amazing! Food was very limited…I think the kitchen was close to closing time… so we ordered off of the not main menu but the happy hour. Beef Empanadas and the stuffed Plantain which was yummy. We had 3 Caribbean Pineapple Old fashions and I am not a newbie to Old Fashions and have an understanding of mixology…When I say strong I mean strong. The flavor wasn’t bad but the entire drink was a bit over powering for the palate. We did have some trouble with our waitress…maybe it was just a long night for her…but she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there in all honesty. The ambience is very nice and the live music will probably be the reason we return… I suppose we could get there earlier and try the regular menu next time. Bathroom was acceptable and overall it was a good experience. Prices a bit steep but everything is steep these days especially in the area.

The food here is amazing!!! You’ve got to try the beef empanadas and the bone marrow i had one of the best crafted mezcal drinks and a second because it was so good. Highly recommend this place for your pre show munchums if your going to the fox theater for some entertainment. This place serves it up right!!!

What a beautiful space to be in. The live DJ was wonderful. The food is tremendous the cocktails are adventurous and all is delicious. Every time I’ve been here the staff is very sedulous so be patient and check your entitlement. I highly suggest making a reservation to enhance your dining experience. It was wonderful that happy hour was available all night. I would have loved more time with our server and engagement with the staff but I understand they are busy busy! Do yourself a favor and check this place out and come hungry!

– Gorgeous, fun food with plenty of vegan options (get the yuca frites and plantains!). Not the best food I’ve ever had, but solid.
– Great atmosphere – lots of low lighting, so well set up for intimate dates.
– Amazing service. Jessica was outstanding: when we started asking if something was vegan, she checked with the kitchen and then told us the full selection so we wouldn’t have to keep asking. Really helped the night go smoothly!

I came here to celebrate my daughter’s 24th birthday, and it was such a memorable night! I had arranged a special surprise — her brother came all the way from Davis to surprise her — and the staff were amazing. They kept everything a secret and helped make the moment extra special.

Amazing spot! I came here with a friend for the first time Friday night. The staff was so friendly. The bartender made me a special drink off the menu that was delicious. Another staff member rushed to get me a new napkin when he saw that mine had fallen. They also took pictures of my friend and I and gave us great recs for dance places to go to afterward.
The cocktails were so great and the presentation was amazing. I loved the music there and the whole vibe of the place was great.
We had a couple appetizers which were good but nothing to write home about. Everything else made it an exceptional experience and I will definitely be retuning
