I was in there over an hour ago Today.. The young Lady Totally Missed on the very simple instructions. Two coconut bowls. One of the coconut bowls up charge for altering the bowl, in one bowl I want a strawberry banana and coconut. The other bowl was supposed to be regular coconut bowl strawberry, pineapple, blueberries. Cookie butter, additional in both bowls. Bananas should’ve never been in both bowls. I will just continue to go to other “Solbols” further out.

First time in here, and honestly never tasted anything this amazing in my life. The worker there was so nice, I think her name is Tania. If your ever in the area this is the best place for nice and healthy deserts. Price was also extremely reasonable. -Thank you!

I really used to enjoy this SoBol but something has happened. The last two times i ordered from here, it was around 1pm. Each time it was clear that the bowl I was given was frozen overnight. The first time I could taste the freezer burn on the açaí. The second time the açaí was better but the bananas had a funky freezer taste. I will continue to order from here, just no fruit or only strawberries because clearly something in the freezer isn’t working right.

Cons: cost $ but you get what you pay for, so it’s worth the price – I wouldn’t get it all the time but I do go ever so often because it tastes good

1st time seeing this an when I say so unprofessional this person needs to be suspend. A guy walked in ask for cup so the worker gives him a cup he walks away with the cup then comes back an says sorry this cup is to big so the worker then says I have this one he says yes that’s good. They take the cup from him an put back on top of all the clean cups that’s just unsanitary. On top of that I ordered a regular bol I got this…

Michael please let your employees know they must check the orders before giving them to customers. I ordered regular bowl which I do every time and I come here at least 3-4 times a week. Order the reg bowl with strawberries, bananas and blueberry. Well the did not give me any bananas but instead I got mangos. Very disappointing!

The most horrible experience I have ever had at this establishment! The girl there was so rude, I placed an online order at 2:31pm. I got there at about 2:40pm I told her my name and stated I have an online pickup order she said okay no problem. When I got there no customers were on the line. One lady came ordered her stuff got it within 2 minutes, I assumed it was because she didn’t have any allergies and ordered a simple acai bowl. Then about 5 people were ordered during the duration of me standing there and she went back there and made the bowls still yet to see mine come out this was at 2:56 pm. I asked her about my bowls she said it’s not time for the order to be picked up. She then came back and gave someone there order at that point I was over it and annoyed because I’ve been standing there for literally 18 minutes for no reason! I will never return to this location, and I will tell family and friends the same as well. Very Unprofessional!!!!

Smoothie was tasteless. No taste of strawberry or banana. Just milk. It was gross. Went back to get it fixed. She just added honey. Sadly I figured this place is wack. No costumers or lines. Don’t waste your money. Go to McDonald’s or Starbucks get you something yummy.
