Consistently delicious with extremely generous portions. We LOVE Soba! These pictures are from my most recent pick-up order. We have had Soba many times and it is always so good and I swear, the portions get bigger! Absolutely worth every dollar. I usually get General Tso’s Chicken and it is three meals for an adult man. The staff is always very happy and helpful. The food is always very good and consistent. We will continue to support them.

On a busy Friday night we got in pretty quick service and food was really good started with 3 spring rolls that arrived hot and crispy. The main entree was Honey Lemon Chicken with fried rice was a very generous portion had enough leftovers for tommorrow. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed

I have been gluten free for 10 months and have not had sushi or japanese during this time as I had not found a restaurant that could accomodate or I felt safe eating. The waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful about what I could eat and I had a safe meal with no issues. It was delicious and I was so happy to have sushi again. All of the staff were very friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. I will be back!

One of our favorite noodle places in Asheville. The food is amazing and they provide good size servings. I like to get extra broth and noodles. Instead of having 2 meals worth it’s easily 3. And my favorite addition are the eggs which go so well with their noodles (ordering extra is the way to go!) To top it off the service is normally fast. We like to get ours to go and they normally have our order ready within 10 or 15 minutes.

We wanted to eat at a restaurant where parking wasn’t an issue and the food and service were stellar… We got all three of our wishes! Soba was awesome. The good was fantastic! We ordered the salmon tataki, the black pearl roll, the play boy roll, the Alaskan roll, and two pieces each of the salmon, Yellowtail, and escolar sushi… The sushi was out of this world! It was fresh, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. The service was top notch. We would 100% visit again!

When I came it was a hot day outside, great weather just a little too warm. My girlfriend and I were walking by and decided to stop by. Immediately as we walked in the fresh a/c hit us in the face it was comfortable in there. We were offered outside seating but decided to sit inside, the waiter brought a high chair to the table for our son, the service was great. The waiter explained the menu to us and answered our questions quickly and precisely. We will be coming back, just for the service alone. As for the food… it was delicious, you could tell the fish was fresh and had been brought in that morning, definitely the freshest seafood I have ever eaten. My girlfriend enjoyed the Ramen with my son, I don’t remember the name of my dish but it had multiple cuts of fresh fish with sides.

Panda Express quality at 2x the price. Ordered spring rolls, Mei Fan, and Lemon Honey Shrimp. Mei Fan (pictured) was 90% rice noodles, and what little beef there was, was overly velveted. Shrimp overcooked to the point of being rubber. Spring rolls were the size of my finger and seemed like the only filling was water chestnut. Only plus was the generous portions but that just means we had to eat a lot of food we didn’t really enjoy.

The miso soup tastes like dishwater. Shrimp was ruggery and flavorless like it was set to boil and forgotten. Prepare to unhinge your jaw if you order sushi. Comically large portions. Crab Rangoons were actually really good.

Each time we’ve gone to Soba everything has been wonderful—from being greeted upon arrival, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the food is always delicious without too much of a wait! I’ve enjoyed it so much that I chose to go there with extended family for my birthday in October this year, and it was such a delightful experience! Everyone loved their food and the staff went above and beyond to make our meal special and memorable! We look forward to many more meals there. Thank you!!!
