My new favorite spot for breakfast, lunch, and sushi dinner. Soan by Sasabune Express has such a nice atmosphere where you can actually hang out and relax without breaking the bank — which is surprisingly hard to find these days.
The sushi is amazing quality for the price. Everything tastes fresh and simple in the best way. My kids also love the tamago sando and the katsu sando, so it works great for family meals too.
Definitely my new go-to spot on the Westside.

My friends and I went for the soft opening and will definitely be back! The omakase and cut rolls were both delicious; highly recommend the Aburi Salmon Pepper, which was our favorite!
I don’t think they have a drink menu printed yet but they do serve alcohol, as well. We got the hot sake, which was perfect to round out the meal!

It’s a new Japanese cafe with great food and drinks. Chicken katsu is crispy, omurice is melting, and sushi is so fresh! Hojicha latte & Matcha latte is a must. Will come back.

Great new sushi place! All the food was tasty and high quality. The hand rolls were also enormous given their price. The servers (which included the owners) were attentive and very kind and the place has great vibes overall.
