Cool little gem in the middle of nowhere. Excellent service. Even got a tour of the brewery. Chicken on the super nachos seemed old and dry but everything else we ordered was great. LOVED the fish n chips. They even brought me out more pieces when I asked. Homemade tartar sauce was the bomb. Great beer too. Took home some extra.

Sat at the bar. Neat atmosphere, warm ambiance. The bartender made a mean jalapeño margarita and was making some great custom cocktails for the ladies behind me. I was able to find an Impossible burger instead of that black bean burger crap, in the heart of meat country nonetheless. Scrumdidiliumptious.

Great brewery, has an old western style bar. The bar has great class. If you like there beer as much as I did, you can buy a Growler, and for $25 they will refill it when needed.

If I was allowed, my rating would have been 3 1/2 stars. The food was okay. Good but uninspired. You could find the same appetizers and entrees in countless restaurants across the country. Nothing stood out as far as a unique side or seasoning. The best part of the meal was the bourbon pecan pie. The restaurant was out of vanilla ice cream or it would have been a delicious dessert. Our server was friendly, competent and did what was expected of her. Our drinks took a very long time to arrive because the bar was out of pineapple juice which was a component of our very good (but spicy) Gunslinger cocktail.
We were irritated that our entrees arrived within minutes of being served our soup and salad – especially after specifically asking to have the entrees delayed.
I wouldn’t return here for dinner. There are several other excellent restaurants to choose from in Saratoga. I’ve heard their burgers or very good so maybe I will try a lunch there during my next visit.

I had the meatloaf and it was really delicious! I’ll definitely get it again. My husband had a bacon burger and enjoyed that as well. Fathom was our server and did a great job with our party as well as keeping up with the other tables at the restaurant, as the lone server. The food did not take a long time to arrive. We visited Monday afternoon for lunch and were there as they opened. I look forward to my future visits

Had dinner and a beer there. 2 of the 3 beers we tried were sorta soapy like they had bad lines. The whisky sour was pretty bad, maybe a really bad well whisky.

Meat loaf was really really bland. No salt, no pepper, no tang in the sauce. The fried trout had a great texture but the dredge did not have any salt. Guacamole was just mashed avocado and some taco seasoning? No lime or enough onion.

Servers were really nice and there is a pool table and some games available.

The beers here definitely stood out, including a white stout, amber ale, and a coco-nilla nitro. Cozy space with a fireplace and cool Western art. A family was playing Jenga when we came in, and there is a pool table. I saw some reviews about the food being expensive. It really did seem like quality ingredients on the entrees, and big enough portions you could share if you’re just medium-hungry.

We ate dinner here two nights in a row because the options were limited in town. The drinks were good—liked the beer, the martini and the treasure island fog. The mango margarita was unsweetened and on the rocks which seemed odd. But it was ok.

The man who sat us the second night was clearly sick and coughing, and setting tables. The servers were nice both night. Service was ok if somewhat lackadaisical—never came to ask if things were good or if we needed anything. No forethought—pizza came without plates. Never asked if we wanted drink refills.

We had the pizza one night. The pizza arrived lukewarm. Basil was burnt to a crisp—usually it’s added after cooking. Toppings were generous but very uneven so whole pieces were either heavily topped or barely topped.

The night before we had the ribeye and the lobster bisque. Everything came cold. The bisque was in a bread bowl which was not stated on the menu and was missing its advertised garnish of salted whip cream. It was so so at best. The ribeye was cooked correctly but cold. It came with a gravy which was not listed on the menu but was good. Broccoli was cold and watery. Baked potato came with no butter or sour cream, and was lukewarm—the butter that finally came was ice cold.

Overall not their best effort. For such a nice hotel and the prices I think they can do better. Everything sounds very good on the menu—serving hot would be a good first step.

Also drink menus had weird scribbled crossouts in some places, and then there were drinks no longer available that were not crossed out. Better to reprint or at least cross out neatly with a sharpie marker instead of scribbling with a ball point pen

Cool place to enjoy some decent food. Was a little upset with the slow service on a slow night. Also very disappointed in the cleanliness of the glasses (black spots all over my two pints of beer) and the produce sticker on my tomato topped it off.

Sad because Saratoga really needs a place like this. I wish they took more pride in their food and service. Our small Wyoming towns need good places to eat, but I cannot recommend this place in good faith.
