So many good things to say about Snowpack! We have been Snowpack fans for years and even more so since the move to their new location. As mountain natives, finding a hometown dining establishment with both superior food and drinks isn’t always easy, though Snowpack has consistently been able to do just that- keep the local mountain vibes while offering food and drinks that are worth going back for over and over. Having only been to the taproom at the new establishment today we finally made it to the main level to try the new tapas- it was no surprise we were beyond impressed. The variety made it hard to choose and the pizza special was awesome. Beyond the consistently good food and drinks, the service is always great- it may be a “seat and order yourself” establishment, but the staff always makes it a point to chat with you, remember you and provide service with a smile. Devon helped us today and we were especially pleased with him! Shoutout to Snowpack for its dedication to great food and drinks, awesome entertainment and showing up for it’s community.

Decided to try out the new venue that Snowpack bought and opened and have dinner there.
I was impressed by what they created. At the parking lot level entrance it was a nice touch to see Old Glory hanging and greeting you on the right side of the door. When you walk it , there is a spacious vestibule with sofas to wait in. There is also a coat rack to hang your bulky clothes if you like so you don’t have to bring them into the dining area with you. There are merchandise on display , visible but not so prominent. Kinda like blended in like art but for sale. There’s a long bar to the left , and different dining areas to the right and ahead, the choice of seatings are at the bar, two types of regular table areas and ahead are more counter/bar level pub seatings . There are smaller televisions on this (top) level and a smaller fireplace with the nice touch of having 2 rockers in front of it. There are large windows all around for outside viewing.. especially of the mountains. Upstairs has a more intimate dining style where the lower level or downstairs has a more casual style, focused on the pizza station , large televisions, and it has a much larger fireplace and a more casual looking bar . The bathrooms are located downstairs where there are stairs or an elevator to access them.
The mode of ordering your food is different. There are QR codes on the tables to order your meal with a sign letting you know your table number. If you need help ordering , there was someone there who walked the floor helping people navigate their ordering system. Navigating the menu was fairly simple. The system also has a confirmation to make sure the card being used is yours. Our food was served pretty quickly. Friendly service. We ordered a custom built pizza. The ingredients options were very healthy and our pizza was perfectly delicious! And we usually don’t eat pizza but we had to try it out. The sour dough crust was cooked to perfection by their pizza oven. The toppings were perfectly cooked and looked like they were ready to be photographed. Here, you get to pick your sauce and your toppings !
The appetizer we ordered was the peach glazed fried pork belly topped with fresh jalapeños and pickled onions. This appetizer was delicious and enough to share! I can’t wait to try out more of the food on their menu.
There is a station on this top level and below, where you can self serve to get your condiments , napkins , more plates , to go boxes etc. Water is also self serve on both levels as well.
There are outside seating on the top level and lower level and a patio below with a concert stage.
They have a speed puzzle game day and a trivia night. They have concerts as well. I wish they’d add a bingo night too. (Hint).
The bathrooms are very nicely designed with spacious stalls and real doors that give you privacy. The sinks have a classy look too.
There are plenty of parking spaces with a nice sized personal lot just for the venue.
There are other businesses located near it. A Safeway grocery store and a Natural Grocers in case you might need to pick something up on your way home after your meal.
The service here is friendly. The venue is beautiful. The food is delicious.

So after our Sunday hike we stopped in a local place. To our surprise there was a wrestling match off the back deck! That visit was great with good food and great beer. Today we were back out that way and decided to stop in again. I apologize for not taking a picture of that wedge salad before we lived on it but it was wonderful! Then out pizza came out…hands down the best pizza we have had since moving to Colorado!!! Love love love this place!!

Got the deep dish pizza, a Reuban sandwich and couple beers. Excellent!
Saw some reviews a while back dogging the new place. What a bunch of mamby pambys!
New place is awesome, service is good and food is great.

Delicious pizza! If you find yourself in Conifer looking for a pie, this is it! We ordered carry out. But I’ll come back and try the dining experience next time. The crust is some of the best I’ve had in Colorado.

Came here for the first time since the move and loved the new decor. It’s a cozy bar and restaurant with fireplaces on each level. Very lodge like. The pizza was amazing and service was fast and friendly. Sam made it extra special. We’ll definitely be back.

Food and pizza are amazing! Service is impeccable, I accidentally spilled my one and only FULL beer all over myself and the table. Staff came over immediately, cleaned up the table and the floor, and gave me a brand new beer!

My family and I ate here on 12/26/2025. We are Conifer locals. We ordered a kids cheese pizza and a 16 inch margarita. It took over 90 minutes for our food to arrive. In the meantime, we witnessed multiple tables get pizzas they didn’t order. Food here is good, service sucks. It’s not the first time they’ve had issues with timely service. The waitress comped 1 ‘one’ drink. Entire meal should have been free. To the owners: get it together. It’s all good and well to expand locations and open a fancy new spot, but if you can’t get the basics right – like getting meals out in a timely fashion and empowering your team to make it right when you don’t, the rest really doesn’t matter. Table stakes include good food and timely service. Below that, and you’re out of business. And you’re flirting with the line. Do better!!!

Snowpack is officially back. All indoor spaces open. And maybe more importantly, both pizza ovens operating at full speed. They are working on some amazing outdoor space as well. Show up on a busy Saturday night and you might wait a little while. But you won’t have to turn around and leave like we did many times at their prior space. For my money this is the best restaurant space within about 20 miles with the food and service quickly coming up to speed. Time to fully commit to this amazing addition to the Conifer area restaurant scene.

We love it here so much. We’re new to Conifer and it has become our new home away from home. When our friends come up from the city we take them here, usually on a Saturday to chill out and drink some beer and eat some pizza.
Tonight… it’s a big Friday night out for us as we are here to watch the band and eat some hamburgers. Food’s great atmosphere is great .
