Snowfish Sushi is excellent. The food is fresh, healthy, and full of flavor — we loved every dish we tried. The spicy crab salad was delicious, and the rolls were incredible, beautifully prepared and full of taste. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients.
The drinks were great as well, and the service was excellent — fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
The only suggestion we’d make is adding desserts to the menu, which would be the perfect way to finish an already fantastic meal.
We’ll definitely be back!

We ordered sushi. California roll. Beautiful atmosphere. Fresh. Indoor seating as well as counter seating. They make items in front of you at the counter. Nice variety on menu. Food good and fresh! Friendly staff!

Absolutely loved everything we ordered! The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, and the flavors were spot on. From the specialty rolls to the uni and hand rolls—every bite was delicious. Drinks were great too, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality sushi in a welcoming setting!

Great addition to Lincoln! I wasn’t expecting such great sushi on my trip to NH! Got the tuna avocado and spicy tuna. Both were reasonably priced and tasty. We also got the poke bowl, which was also great. Will definitely be back when we return to Lincoln

What a pleasant surprise this spot was! After discovering that our initial destination was closed, we walked by and decided to try Snowfish. So glad we did! Cocktails were lovely, as was the friendly service. The true star of the show was the food! We tried two rolls off the specials menu – both fantastic! Creative, super fresh and high quality ingredients, absolutely delicious! Wanted a smidge more so we ordered the Timber roll off the main menu. It was SO. GOOD! We will definitely be back. Worth the short drive from Plymouth.

So refreshing to have an establishment as such in New Hampshire. I’ve been coming to Loon to ski for my whole life and was so delighted to see an upscale sushi bar of which is incredibly reasonably priced. I was apprehensive at first to eat sushi/ fish in New Hampshire, but I happen to get to speak with the head chef and one of the bartenders named Dia, who were both very familiar with their products. They get their fish every two days from Boston right near where I live and it tasted like it was straight from the docks.
Also they serve pizza and bites from their sister restaurant, fabulous idea if you want to bring kids.
Totally recommend the Salmon Titaki. Absolutely delicious.

Sushi in Lincoln? Yes! And it’s very good! I should have taken pictures before we started eating! Boston roll was great as well as spicy tuna roll. Shrimp tempura was a favorite! Great service! Loved the atmosphere and music. We will be back!

Snowfish Sushi is a wonderful place to go in Lincoln if you are looking for fresh and delicious sushi and amazing cocktails in a modern and fresh space. Kainoa and Diya were incredibly friendly and professional, offering thoughtful food and drink recommendations. I had the Chirashi spoons with scallops and the Salmon Titaki to start and a Blue Runner Roll. Everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Cannot speak higher of this spot! The drinks are phenomenal and Robbie is wonderful behind the bar. I tried the poke bowl last time and was so impressed. The food not only looks beautiful, but it always tastes amazing too. Kainoa does a great job. Thank you Snowfish team for bringing this killer spot to the Mills!

This sushi place is top notch! What a pleasant surprise to fine such well-crafted sushi and cocktails in this little ski town. Robbie mixes up delicious drinks that pair perfectly with the sushi menu. I have been here 3 times since they have opened. Looking forward to my next trip up. Don’t miss this place!
