I’ve been looking for delicious tteokbokki in the Memphis area and I finally found the best! I got the mala tteokbokki, it’s deliciously spicy and the sauce is smooth. The rice cakes are soft and chewy and the fish cakes are flavorful but not overpowering! I also got the snowa latte which was also delicious and came in a cute container! The atmosphere is cute and clean! If I have anything to critique it would be that I’m not a fan of the metal chairs, so more comfortable chairs would be nice. I’m so happy I found this place. I can’t wait to try something new on my next visit!

The food was amazing. Tonkatsu is 100% worth the price and so was the beef kimbap. Fiancé tried an iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious. The mango bingsu large size was HUMONGOUS! did not expect to get such a large serving , couldn’t finish it all but every bite was to die for. We are definitely coming back to try the other items on the menu and some korean bakery goods.

The tonkatsu is really amazing, I’m glad they added it to the menu! This is my third time ordering it, I love that they cut it for you now. The side of rice tastes perfectly cooked every time, wish I could pay for more rice to have. ❤️ The fresh plain lemonade is great too.

This place is amazing. I tried the Dubai chewy cookie and it was seriously the best thing I’ve tasted in a long time. I really hope this becomes a staple on the menu. The main dishes I tried were also 10/10. I really enjoyed this and have found a new favorite spot.

The place is so cute on the inside very neat. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very patient it took us a moment to order because we weren’t decided. The food we ordered was really good except the beef kimbap, the beef was very dry. Disappointed in that but I would still return and try more menu items.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Snowa Cafe on 07.01.25 I ordered the Rose Tteokbokki, the Honey Grapefruit Tea, and the Mango Bingsu. Each one of my items was delicious!
The tteokbokki was mildly spicy and well-portioned. I took half of it home to finish later. The Honey Grapefruit tea was a refreshingly light beverage that I wish came in a larger cup because it was so good…not too sweet, not too tart. Finally, I ordered my Bingsu to go and I was pleasantly surprised to receive it packaged in a cute little insulated bag along with a bag of ice.
The two ladies were very friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile.
I will be back!

The bulgogi (beef bbq) kimbap was one of the best I’ve had, very good! The Mango Bingsu (shaved ice, ice cream, fruit and rice balls) was sooo good. Korean shaved ice has a very interesting cool texture.

OMG, if you love fresh fruits and have a sweet tooth, YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE OUT! The mango bingsu was so fresh, creamy, melts in your mouth! It comes with these gummy/chewy pieces that goes so well with the flavor! It’s topped with a mango flavored ice cream scoop as well! The boongeo-ppang was delicious! I tried the red bean and Nutella fillings. Gotta eat them while they’re fresh and hot though cuz they’ll get soggy if you take them home. The tteokbokki was spicy and delicious, enough to feed at least two people or more!
