He and his wife use fresh quality ingredients to make homemade recipes for onion rings, chicken tenders, and pulled pork. Our restaurant has something for everyone including kids and vegetarians. If you are looking for a place off the beaten path that is worth the drive this is your PLACE!!! We were greeted by the owner Jeff. How told us about his food and how it is made. Praise the Lord for his families cooking! The food was out in a quick manner and WOW! It is ALL GOOD! We will be definitely be back.

They never wear gloves when fixing food and the girl taking orders today was extremely rude almost like she doesn’t want to even be working here. To top it off my order was wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected the other girl said with quite an attitude what do u want us to do the manager in the purple shirt was very nice when handing me my fixed order but the workers have the worst absolutely attitude. Sadly this mixed with the not following food service safety I’m scared to bring my kids to eat her again we have fda health regulations for a reason.

I’m not sure how I just found out about this place, but I’m glad I did. The food is excellent quality, not greasy, great service, they’re much cleaner than the other eating places (ahem, G&Js).
I highly recommend the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich and my husband claims they make the best cheeseburger he’s ever eaten.
Their fries and Mozerella sticks are crispy, never soggy. I’ve been there three times just this week since finding out about them.

Stopped here randomly only for the chilly and cheese fries, and I’m soooo glad I did! The staff is kind and friendly. The spot is clean and organized. This place is a hidden gem! This is one of my favorite spots now. I’ll be sure to stop by fpr more food next time I pass by. Recommend 100%

I suffer from PTSD and several other personal conditions. I have a registered service dog and was denied service and was told I had ro leave. The ADA allows for service dogs in restaurants and any public access place without being denied. This caused me so much grief that I had a near uncontrolled panic attack which r esulted jn me having to take extra medication.
I urge anyone with a service animal to avoid this restaurant and do to G &Js right down the road as they do not deny service animals.

Second time in two weeks going to SnowTop and our first experience with the food was great! A little pricey but hey that’s inflation for ya’. There was one family in front of me when I went to pick up my order I called in for pick up and it was already ready and at the lamps but the girls behind the counter acted as though they were extremely overwhelmed and busy that it made me feel like I was a problem to them instead of a customer coming to enjoy their food. But because when I got home the food was just so dang good we ordered a second time and I guess that was a mistake. When I called to place my order before ever taking my order they told me I’d have to wait over 30 minutes for my order as though they didn’t want to take my order but that actually worked out great for me since I needed to stop at the grocery store down the road first anyway so when I said that was great the young woman over the phone proceeded to say “so what do you want then?” And I should have just trusted my instincts and decided against ordering this time but I couldn’t help myself because their food was just so good last time we ordered here. So I ordered and then I was asked abruptly “we need your phone number for a call back number” and it felt as though they thought I was just calling an order in just to NOT pick it up. So, letting all of this go, when I passed the restaurant to head to the store there was one vehicle in their parking lot and when I was finished and pulled up no customers were there. And when I went in to pay my order was already sitting under the heat lamps. Even though I got there less than the time they stated on the phone. And when I got the food home it was cold and stale.. If it wasn’t going to take more than 30 minutes I just wish they would have called me back to tell me so I could have picked it up sooner since they were so adamant about getting my call back information but they didn’t. I’m hoping this interaction is a one off experience and I will go back to try again because we haven’t always had this kind of experience hence why I made it a point to explain we had ordered before and it was delicious so I didn’t give them no stars but I can’t with good conscience give them a five star review for this experience.
P.S. employees or owner of establishment , if you open a container of nacho chips and there are still chips in the bag make a better effort to conceal the bag so the chips don’t go stale. And if you tell customers it’s a long wait and it ends up not being as busy as you assumed it would be courteous to call us and let us know since you want to call us if we don’t show up for our orders. Both should happen.
P.P.S. This is just customer feedback and perspective from a couple who orders here and spends their money here and wants everyone to have the best experience possible.
