Northeast Regional Commander Emergency Towing
This business and there staff are a complete disgrace. Ignorant and rude! We literally asked for the lids not to be on the cups and they did the exact opposite. Then one of there staff members are taking a dirty rag wiping it on the sides of the cups spreading germs to kids. When we complain, some old lady with a nasty attitude claiming to be the owner stated oh well I don’t care what’s your problem. We will be reporting them to the health department as well and filing complaints with the PA Attorney generals office and the local township . Next time she will watch her mouth and properly and safely fix customers orders

They never disappoint! The best snowballs in york ! And what I loved most is when I asked for extra syrup they gave it and are not stingy nor charge a lot for it ! So many flavors to choose from! They are the best snowball/ shaved ice place around!

The best in York. Fresh ice and syrup kept in glass jugs. You can’t pass up when in york during the summer and is a staple of the county. Always good service and my favorite flavors are the sour cherry and sour grape! They also have sugar free options!

Snow Palace is amazing! This was my first time there and I got a strawberry cheesecake snowball with marshmallow and a chopped steak sub- SO GOOD! Everything is perfect, the bread on the sub is so fresh and they have amazing prices! The owners are so kind too! Will definitely be my go-to place for food and snowballs from now on!

First time visiting, they have great options for flavors of shaved ice/snow! You can also get fruit toppings, and they offer fried appetizers as well as quick food. I believe it’s take out only, but there’s plenty of parking available.
