*Update 10/21/22 – First let me say, this is still a LEGIT Snow Cone business. All shaved ice here, and it is good. However, on some of our last few visits, I can say they have been a little hit or miss on ice quality and time to serve. I get that it can take awhile to make a snow cone right, and they said they were having an issue with a machine at one point (so I’m not taking away any stars today), but I think that Sno Biz in Waxahachie might still be wearing the crown for “best in Ellis county” in my book.
That being said, apparently they’re going to be open here all year round! That’s a HUGE win for the community and every snow cone lover anywhere! 🙂

Seriously. We’ve loved this place since the early 2000’s, and were devastated when it closed. Now they’re back in business, and we couldn’t be happier to support a great local owner-operator family!

My son and I stopped for a snow cone and the young lady at the window asked if we tried the nacho and no we hadn’t, so we got some. My son said give them 5 billion stars for the nachos. They were really good and the snow cones where great like always. The staff is extremely sweet and friendly. Thank you for being so nice its hard to find a place that has a friendly staff these days.

Best snow cones I’ve had. My family and I love them so much. Customer service was great. Super friendly staff. I had a dill pickle snow cone with Kool aid pickle pieces topped with taijin it was amazing ! We will definitely be returning!

I’ve come here a few times since moving here and every time I’ve been there’s been this red headed girl who is always so kind to me. Even when there’s a long line and it’s chaotic, she’s always so nice and answers my stupid questions. I think she said her name was Saydee (hopefully I spelt that right). Either way, her hospitality keeps me coming back plus her good recommendations!!!!

We stopped today to have a snow cone, and was greeted by the sweetest young man and young lady. Great service and super friendly. Most of all yummy snow cones. We will be back !!! We had the strawberry blast or something with Cream !!! It was amazing!!!

The new owners were nice! The ice was soft and the flavor was good but the only bad thing is they didn’t put enough liquid as you can see by my photo and the spoon was sharp on the sides which I had to throw away. Hopefully this will change but overall everything was good.
