Nice atmosphere and interior. Tasty ciders and decent wines, though expensive by the glass and bottle! Food was so-so for the price. Service was a bit slow as they seemed understaffed. Otherwise, we’ll likely return next Fall!

Located in the heart of Cederedge and in the shadow of Grand Mesa, this beautiful tasting room offers hard ciders on tap and local wine by the glass. My wife ordered a cider flight sourced from their local orchards, with the Colorado Peach being our favorite. I opted for the bourbon barrel aged wine flight, and the Qutori Pinot was my favorite.
Although there was a food truck on site, we selected a charcuterie board from the taphouse since we had a late lunch, and it was amazing! We chose to sit at the bar to check out the taps and chat with the server. While it was quiet inside, the shaded outdoor tables were occupied by several couples and friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be returning soon!

I had a nice first time at Snow Capped Cider. I was there to watch a band and the atmosphere was perfect. My food, however, was not the greatest. I ordered the Mac and cheese side and it came out and it was barely warm. It tasted good, but it should have been hot!

After driving hours out of my way to finally try this place, and after waiting an hour in town because they didn’t communicate their new hours or situation via their multiple outlets (e.g. signs, website, or social media); I was told I was not important enough to be served their popular/best products. About 5% of menu was available to us. The best, more popular products were being saved for the following weekend. Crazy that you didn’’t plan on this for the last year or communicate to your customers online in any way. Why even open if they can’t serve their customers to the best of their best ability? Didn’t appreciate situation.

This place is really not designed with locals in mind—it’s overpriced, making it impossible to visit more than once unless it’s for a very special occasion. Don’t even think about ordering a second round; it’s just not worth it. While the place is cute and the service was outstanding, the fireplace is really the only redeeming quality. You’re not getting any ocean views, and you’re certainly not up on the 85th floor with an amazing skyline which calls for higher prices. The beautiful mesa is completely out of sight too. Overall, it just doesn’t live up to the hype.”

Really nice place with great service. Little spendy because it’s not popular yet. Make this place a local hangout because everyone loves strawberita freezies and local wine and ciders.

We stopped here because they had cider and wine. We each ordered a flight, one wine and one cider. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. They have a great patio with plenty of seating and shaded options. A must try for Cedaridge!
