I stopped into Snooze A.M. Eatery while I was pressed for time, and wow ….. they completely delivered.
I asked if they could customize my order to reduce the carbs from the original menu offering, and they didn’t hesitate. Not only were they accommodating, but the modified dish did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and still felt indulgent without the carb overload.
The service was genuinely amazing …. attentive, efficient, and kind (which matters even more when you’re in a rush). I also had no idea Snooze was a chain, because it felt personal and high quality, not cookie-cutter at all.
If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that’s flexible, delicious, and backed by great service …. this is it. I’ll absolutely be back. ✨

Snooze is a must on every trip to CO. We’ve been to two different Denver locations, Boulder and even Tempe AZ. This one is top tier. Smaller than most but no wait. Food as delicious as ever. Love the burrito, the tacos were really good, and the pancakes are absurd as always lol. Great coffee and smoothies. The service was warm, friendly, fast and efficient. This is a location I would repeat for sure.

Snooze is solid. It’s got that cool 50s diner vibe but with a modern twist. I’ve been kinda over the usual American breakfast, but this place gave it a fresh spin without getting weird.
I got the cinnamon roll pancake on the side—easily the best thing I’ve had in a minute. If you’re into the classics, they’ve got you. If you wanna try something a little different, they’ve got that too. Super consistent, no shortcuts.
If you’re near one, stop in. If you’re not, it’s worth the detour.

Flaming Bling
Ideal location for any number of breakfast hankerings! Lattes were on point and strong! The bacon was very flavorful, and everything was cooked to perfection. All the staff was so friendly and open and easy to chat with, that was the cherry on top! I’ll definitely be coming back soon, probably tomorrow! I’d be here more often if I was at Denver local, for sure.

This is a very cute place to come and eat. A different feel to some other breakfast places. The food was a very large portion for the price and all of the staff were very kind. The tables are a little close together so it can get really loud in there but it always sounds lively.

Service is quick and prompt. Orange juice is not fresh squeezed. The eggs, bacon and home fries are delicious. Don’t order the chocolate chip pancakes. A bit like eating cardboard. Would visit again and skip the pancake. Funky, retro inside with a nice sized menu.

When I tell you snooze has not disappointed me yet. Anthony was our server today, I swear it’s a company policy to hire wonderful pleasant people. Thank you for the fast and efficient service sir! The drink recommendations were pretty tasty, I had a rejuvenate- fresh juice with Pear, Lemon, Ginseng, Agave, Prickly Pear Coconut Water and Himalayan Pink Salt. And my friend got the nutty mocha smoothie, which was rich with nutty flavor, a hint of expresso, 29g of protein, and a smooth luscious texture. Paired nicely with the pineapple upside down pancakes and the pancake flight! I will definitely be back, thanks again for the wonderful service.

I called to let them know my pancakes were burnt. The woman who answered told me the cook said he had examined them before sending them out. I’m not sure why she felt the need to say that, because I don’t just make things up. She did refund me for the pancakes, but it still upset me that she basically implied I was lying, and the refund felt more like a favor than an acknowledgment of the mistake.
