We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. I came to eat by myself about 10am on a Friday. I highly recommend this place! Wasn’t too busy but it wasn’t empty so people who know about it probably come here all the time. It being my first time I got a complementary pancake from my server skyler who was phenomenal. I ordered the Denver omelet with bacon, biscuits and gravy, mmm mmm mimosa, and a French toast latte. The free pancake was strawberry shortcake. I was a little confused about where to park to get in here but once I did it was a 5 star experience.
The omelets fillings were evenly distributed and well balanced. Hashbrowns were crispy without being burnt. The pancake was fluffy and flavorful. The biscuit was a little dense for my tastes so it didn’t soak up the gravy the way I like but the gravy isn’t plain at all with hearty chunks of sausage and seasoning that gives it a splash of color (I think it was rosemary). The French toast latte was delicious as well that came with a stick of toast to dunk into it. I will defintly be coming back. Bill ran about $50 which is reasonable given all the things I got.

I was in town briefly, I needed to find a place close to where I was going. This was a knockout! The server was super helpful, offering a french toast latte with pancake flights. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be returning!!

It was my first time eating here and absolutely loved it ! Best French toast I’ve ever had! I had the garden harvest omelette and hubby had a huge breakfast burrito you could tell all the ingredients used were fresh, service was good too, place and restrooms were clean, and I think they had a pet friendly patio which it’s a plus for all the dog lovers. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely incredibly delicious!!!!! Our server was super friendly and fast with the food. Presentation was perfect, food was all delicious. Anything on the menu is fire!! You cannot go wrong here for breakfast or brunch. Big win! So glad I stopped by. Will come back for sure.

I absolutely love visiting Snooze! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently amazing. Honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. The atmosphere is perfect lively but still relaxed enough to have a real conversation. And the OMG French Toast? Pure heaven on a plate! I look forward to it every time.

What stood out most was his genuine hospitality. Alejandro anticipated our needs with a proactive approach—asking about spice tolerance, checking in at just the right moments, and offering a few perfect wine and dish pairings. His friendly, professional demeanor created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere for the entire meal.
The service itself was flawless: accurate orders, minimal wait times, and a gracious handling of a small issue with a replacement dish, which was resolved quickly and graciously. He also shared a few local insights about the neighborhood, which added a nice personal touch to the experience.

We stopped by on a Sunday for brunch with a large group and were seated promptly, which was a pleasant start. We ordered a variety of dishes: the Garden Harvest Omelette (8/10), Smashed Avocado Benny (7/10), Pork Chile Verde Benny (2/10), the Snooze Classic (7/10), the strawberry shortcake pancake (9/10) and café lattes (2/10).
The Garden Harvest Omelette was fresh and flavorful, and the Smashed Avocado Benny had great flavor, though unfortunately, we found a hair in the dish. We chose not to raise the issue with the staff. The Pork Chile Verde Benny was not what we expected, it had very little chile verde. The Snooze Classic was satisfying, though the hashbrown was slightly undercooked.
The café lattes were a disappointment—they arrived cold and didn’t quite deliver in taste or presentation.
