My first time visiting Snooze and I was pleasantly surprised with the signature flight buttermilk pancakes, lavender latte, and signature but different bacon! Thanks to Annazette for the recommendations! I will definitely return.

The service was extremely disappointing. The waitress was barely present throughout my visit. When I was ready to pay and leave, she was nowhere to be found. I had to get the greeter’s attention to help locate her. Once she was found, she didn’t even handle my checkout herself, she had the greeter process my payment instead.
When I brought this to the manager’s attention, his only response was “I’m sorry,” followed by asking if the service felt bad because I couldn’t order a drink without my ID. That had absolutely nothing to do with it. If I had come specifically for drinks, I simply wouldn’t have stayed. The issue was the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the waitress.
She didn’t check on me properly, and she didn’t even close out my bill herself , which says everything.
Edit: went back today and had the same server …. She was amazing . Food is always good . I don’t think yall know how good that grilled cheese is….

From when you enter the restaurant the young lady wasn’t welcoming. Then as we get to our table, our waitress as we explain to her this was our first time here you know can you recommend what’s good their at the restaurant and she didn’t. So, as we get our food it wasn’t all that. The waitress never checked to see if we needed anything else. I wanted more water that I never gotten. Breakfast at Snooze AM Eatery was outstanding from start to finish. The food was exactly what you hope for when you come to Snooze—fresh, perfectly prepared, and genuinely satisfying. Every bite tasted intentional, not rushed or generic.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was our server Liz Welsh. She was attentive without hovering, upbeat without being forced, and clearly knew the menu inside and out. Orders were spot-on, timing was perfect, and she made us feel welcome the entire meal. That kind of service is increasingly rare and absolutely worth calling out.
Between the quality of the breakfast and Liz’s exceptional service, this was one of those meals that reminds you why Snooze is a go-to spot in The Woodlands. We’ll be back—and we’ll be asking for Liz.

Location is pretty nice. We got Chile Verde benny, whipped cottage cheese bowl.
Wasn’t a fan of tortilla in Benny. Definitely get avocado added in. Whipped cottage cheese was weird. It was really acidic; kinda hard to eat.
Usually you get water immediately as you sit but it took a while to get water. We did get them eventually though.

I was really excited to eat here for the 1st time, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. All our food was barely warm and our waiter was often nowhere to be found. I was grateful a busser was able to bring me syrup, but the food was just not warm enough to eat and enjoy. My food was compd and remade, but it was still not hot but warmer than the last plate. Overall, not a great experience.
