Kudos to the manager that does the staffing here. I have not been to a place that has such a consistent team as it relates to kindness, care and team cohesion so that we have a good experience.
We were greeted and immediately sat by Dante and introduced to our server McKinzi.
Lavender Latte made with Oat Milk (my fave drink and they make it the best) I promise it never tastes like soap
Vanilla Cappuccino- my sister liked it but its always going to be the Lavender Latte for me!
Pancake Flight:
Sticky Toffee Pancakes(seasonal)- the candied orange zest was exciting the texture seems like it’s toasted but when you bite into the zest it literally bursts with orange flavor with no bitterness. Perfection!
Cinnamon Roll Pancake- My go to, old faithful, literally cannot go wrong with this one in your flight. Not too sweet and theres a good amount of cinnamon.
Buttermilk Pancake- nice and fluffy but I added it to the flight to balance out the sweetness of the other pancakes but thats a me thing I encourage you to try the
Spuds Deluxe ½ order- I wish the hash browns were cooked more. That mix of texture from the potatoes is so good but thats on me I forgot to ask for them that way. It was recommended by McKinzi to add the peppers and barbacoa and that was so good soil when you go ask for the Mckinzi way lol.
Bacon but different- superb, its a must have every time for that sweet heat goodness. Not to crispy and not too soft they made it perfectly.
Shrimp & Grits- I got mine with a scrambled egg because I dont like sunny side anything. Literally my fave place to get Shrimp & Grits! The grits are creamy and not too cheesy and the perfect texture/temp. Not too runny and what I appreciate about their SG is that the additions to the grits doesnt make it like soup. I dont like soupy or gumbo like shrimp and grits lol. Trust me just order it and split it with the table.
The sweet potato Pancake is on the way at the end of the month. We raved about it so much that Dante got us a sneak peak to what to expect and you guys are in for a treat. Its the most delicious thing on the menu but im disappointed that the Sticky Toffee Pancake will have to make room for its arrival.
Thank you to those two all stars for making my foodie dreams come true for the day. It was a delicious treat! I’m making plans to come back and visit the only location in the 10mile radius of Galleria that I choose to visit.

Snooze is always good. The menu is consistent. The service is great. It looks like she had great parking. One get to browse the menu before you go just to have an idea. If you go on the weekends, have an expectation at the service are really busy and looking to get your food out to you as quick as possible. The food was good and flavorful.

I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered a juice and simply asked if they could put less ice. Instead of keeping the same size, my drink was brought in a much smaller glass and almost half empty.
I completely understand that removing ice may change the portion, but the way this was handled felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It would have been much better to explain the policy or ask if I was okay with the change before doing so.
Customer service is about communication and respect. I hope the staff receives better training so future customers don’t feel the same way.

It’s a great spot for weekend brunch with friends and family. The cinnamon roll pancakes were decadent, though the hash browns could have been crispier. They offer limited options for lacto-vegetarians, as most items contain meat or eggs, but they do make an effort to accommodate dietary requirements.

Aubrey at Snooze A.M. Eatery was so good! Her energy was on point the whole time. I’m talking friendly, funny, and just very easy to vibe with. She kept checking on us, made sure everything was right, and had us laughing too.
You can tell she actually enjoys people and takes pride in what she does. Super relatable and definitely for the culture. She really made the whole brunch experience better.

If you ever visit this location, definitely ask for Donte. Not only was the food good and service subpar, he truly makes it memorable. We came in Saturday and he was very accommodating. Came back Sunday morning, and we also got to have the chance of dining with him again. Plenty of space inside and out. Plenty of parking. I definitely recommend the spud or the breakfast tacos. 10/10 service. 10/10 food.

I absolutely love Snooze! I’ve been to other locations before, but this was my first time at the Galleria spot—and let me tell you, I will definitely be back. Our waitress was absolutely top-of-the-line. She was so sweet, attentive, and made the whole experience truly special. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind coming back just to see her every time!
