Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!
Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

*the Pork belly appetizer is fabulous
The food was sooo good. I’m not even a big pancake person, but the pancake flight was incredible! The texture was just right, not overly sweet, and the flavors really popped. I loved the flavored butters they provided for each unique pancake flavor. In addition, i got
The habanero pork belly Benny. the creative twist on Eggs Benedict was hearty, super filling, and the flavors were phenomenal.
I also tried the espresso martini, which is more reminiscent of a boozey latte (probably some Baileys in there), sweeter than expected but still solid.
Service was friendly and on point, even with our large party. Definitely a fun brunch spot in North Dallas!! I’d come back in a heartbeat.
When we arrived, the host team was so quick and efficient , that we didn’t even have time to mention who we were on the waitlist before we’d been sat, and our names removed.
Mike (server) took the best care of us. Not only incredibly interpersonally talented, but a master of timing, who made sure the food was dropped at the exact correct moment, and in the right order. Additionally, he was present without being cloying, attentive without becoming overbearing, and intuitive without taking liberty.
The Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy. The espresso martini – creamy and rich. The food was hot, fresh, and not drowning in cheese or sauce. Even the garnishes on top of our dishes were crisp and fresh picked.
All in all, I couldn’t critique a single aspect of my experience.
Please ask for Mike, whether you’re looking for a casual, low pressure experience, or for the perfect high engagement service and professionalism. 10/10, Snooze…
