FOOD and Staff are always incredible. Had one of greatest waitresses I’ve ever had. She had so many tables and was so real and caring… It was truly amazing to see someone care so much about making sure everyone was happy and comfortable. I will only be going to this location and I can’t remember her name.. but I’m horrible with names! The owner will know exactly who she is… ill make sure I update when I find out her name. Greatest waitress I’ve had in as long as I can remember and I travel all the time! 100 STARS FOR THIS LOCATION!!!

Ryan our server greeted us with quick friendly service. The cafe mocha was excellent. I enjoyed the corn beef hash and everyone else enjoyed their meal. The restroom needed cleaning in a really bad way.

Brandon, Jose, and Miriam went WAY above! It was my mom’s birthday and they made a card and even had a bouquet of flowers. My mom was THRILLED. This level of customer service in rare, and I’m so greatful to the team for making my mom feel so special today. It also made my day! Snooze is the best!

My friend and I are visiting from the UK and went to Snooze just for coffee. We were served at the bar by Brittanie who was so friendly and welcoming, we ended up deciding to come back for breakfast the following day. She remembered us and was again so incredibly lovely whilst seating and serving us. Brittanie offered good recommendations and it was no trouble when one of our drinks needed to be remade. The food we had was delicious and nothing like anything we would find back home, so that was a nice experience. Brittanie sent us away with some filter coffees for the road too which was a nice gesture. The atmosphere is lovely and it’s obviously a popular place, the service and nice chat really makes it though.

Came here for my friend’s birthday, and it was such a great pick! Our party waited about 15 minutes on a weekend, which honestly isn’t bad for brunch.

We absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is like 50s, retro, a touch of mid century modern. It’s always busy, but the service excellent and very friendly. We have eaten at every Snooze location in Arizona, and the food is consistently excellent across all locations. Trust me, don’t snooze on Snooze.

Called ahead to an incredibly kind and engaging host team, to see what the wait was. They shared the current wait, then asked me if I’d like to be added to the wait list! (Many places do not accept call-ahead waitlists, so this was a welcome surprise)
When we arrived, the host team was so quick and efficient , that we didn’t even have time to mention who we were on the waitlist before we’d been sat, and our names removed.
Mike (server) took the best care of us. Not only incredibly interpersonally talented, but a master of timing, who made sure the food was dropped at the exact correct moment, and in the right order. Additionally, he was present without being cloying, attentive without becoming overbearing, and intuitive without taking liberty.
The Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy. The espresso martini – creamy and rich. The food was hot, fresh, and not drowning in cheese or sauce. Even the garnishes on top of our dishes were crisp and fresh picked.
All in all, I couldn’t critique a single aspect of my experience.
