I had the brisket sandwich with “spicy” (really medium) sauce, with a side of cole slaw and green beans. The brisket was moist and tender. The “spicy” sauce could have been a bit hotter. The bread was apparently an untoasted brioche bun or hamburger bun. The sides were sort of small portions. The price was reasonable.
The service was kind and attentive. They do charge a 3% fee for cards. So, use cash if you can! There is shaded seating out behind the trailer.
I would definitely come back through on a future road trip. I rate this barbecue trailer a solid 4.4 stars.

Driving from Minnesota to Mass and randomly saw Snooties BBQ on Google maps. So glad we did! I would post pictures but we inhaled the food. 1 Combo plus an extra 3 ribs for two of us and some scraps for our dog. Potato salad even better than my mom’s. Cole slaw tangy and delish. All the meats tender and flavorful.
Cute picnic tables area to eat at. Staff super friendly and helpful. This would be a regular stop if we lived in the area.

This place was outstanding. The food is actually smoked, with great crust, smoke ring, and the flavor was delicious. I had a very imaginative ginger cucumber salad as my side, which was great. The brisket was very lean and flavorful.

This was my 1st order, and I called it in as recommended on their website.
When I arrived, all you could smell was the good food smoking. There was a line, but it went quickly. A very friendly and well organized place. It was clean, and I was excited to get my food.
I ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs, a quarter chicken (dark meat) with a side of baked beans and potato salad.I also got a side of the regular barbecue sauce and the spicy barbecue sauce.The ribs were cooked perfectly, they didn’t fall off the bone. They had some bite to them, which is what I like.The chicken was cooked great as well. The baked beans and potato salad were very, very good, and I would definitely order them again.
I’ll go back. I’m gonna try everything on the menu, to be honest, cause I think this place has a lot of potential.

This is my first time here, and the BBQ and sides are First Rate for sure. I’ve had BBQ all over the US, and this is very good!
I had ribs, pulled brisket, smoked sausage, coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. It was all great, but the stars of the show for me were the ribs and coleslaw. Coleslaw was not overly saucy and may have been vinegar based. It just had a fantastic tangy flavor. The ribs were really perfect. Almost fall off the bone, but with a slight chew. It’s really good. Sauces were good as well!
Keep in mind this is a food truck! So plan on eating in your vehicle, getting it to go, or eating at one of the picnic tables provided.
I’ll be back here for sure…..probably more times than I should.

If you are driving near here or live near here make sure to stop! The food is absolutely delicious. Got the pulled pork and brisket. Both were fantastic. And we couldn’t decide on what sides to get so we got 5 – beans, mac salad, mac&cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad. They were all so tasty, hard to pick a winner out of the bunch. But if I had to pick a favorite it would be the beans. And everyone was so friendly! I wish we lived closer because if we did it would be a regular spot.

Ts was so bomb heavenly if you will. We live about 2 hours out and would make the drive several times over and over again just to get their food. Ribs, amazing. Mac was probably some of the best mac we’ve ever had. Brisket don’t even get me started I wish i got the family size just for myself. Only complaint is that we wish we had gotten more. Sauce tied everything together honestly was not needed what so ever but we literally would’ve drank it if we had enough.
