I ordered 2 Cajun pasta with extra sauce on the side (I was charged for this). My pasta came with no sauce so that defeated the purpose of paying for extra. Oh wait it gets better I get no bread or utensils too. Imaging calling back to talk about it and want to pick up extra sauce and my bread and they tell you let me ask if that’s okay. They took accountability for forgetting the bread because they said the person was new. At this point who has the energy to drive back for bread and sauce, it would’ve just made me want a refund. I’m pretty sure since I had to split the sauce for 2 dinners it was dry. Lately they just been letting me down…

I came here to watch the Thursday night Patriots game and showed up about 20 minutes before kickoff. By the time we walked in, the place was already packed. If you’re trying to catch a Pats game here, get in early because it fills up fast.

Parking was the only real headache. The small lot on the property was full, the overflow lot across the street by the apartments was full, and the street parking was tapped out too. I ended up parking at a nearby hotel about half a block away. It was free and only a short walk, so that ended up being the best move.

Inside, the vibe was perfect for game night. Big bar, plenty of TVs. We sat at the bar. Our bartender, Francis, was friendly, quick, and handled the packed crowd well even with only two bartenders on shift.

I ordered the buffalo chicken dip, and honestly, it was disappointing!! The chips were solid but the dip itself came out watery, light on chicken, and just underwhelming overall. It felt more like a thin, berry-colored sauce than an actual dip. With a better texture, more chicken, and a fuller portion, it could really shine, but right now it needs a complete rethink.

The drinks were good, and even after a couple rounds plus the appetizer, the bill wasn’t bad at all. For a busy Thursday night, that was a nice surprise.

Overall, this is a great place to watch the Patriots, hang with friends, and enjoy the atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. I’ll just skip the buffalo chicken dip!!

I’m sitting here as I write this. My kids got chicken tenders and a small kids pepperoni and both were great. Both the waitstaff and management are professional. My wife and I are chilling and waiting for ours. We are in town for an event and this is a perfect place for a family lunch, (well at least at 2pm, it may get louder at night)? We would come back.

I came in tonight after coming here every couple of weeks through out the past year and was told I could sit and get dinner but since I am under 21 I cannot play pool and the only way I could is if I had my parent with me. They had also told me that during the week it was easier to manage those under 21 and insisted I must have come to the restaurant on a week day or before 9 on the weekend but why would I visit an establishment with mid food any other day besides the weekend after 9. I understand enforcing new policies you claim to have added months ago is important to the business but these policies are no where to be found on the websites or advertisements. Also fix your fried pickles they suck.

We had the first stop of our company Christmas party here at Snookers. All four types of pizza were delicious as well as both plain and buffalo chicken tenders with dipping sauces. A huge crudite platter was a nice touch! I liked the amount of beer they have on tap! Naturally I got the 32 ounce mug! We all enjoyed the pool tables with plenty of space between and played darts as well. The 17 of us really had a nice time. I look forward to going back!

Had our Xmas party here, and rented out the back two rooms with 3 tables with darts. Honestly it was great. The food was just right and the atmosphere matched. Waitstaff was on point. Good overall low-key place. Good music and lots of TVs.

Where do I start?
1st. The fried- The batter was way too salty and they didn’t have the crunch/snap, that I have had in the past.
2nd. The buffalo wings didn’t have ANY buffalo sauce on them, so that made them wing-dings. And if I knew that before hand, I wouldn’t have gotten them!!
3rd. The sweet-chili wings, we str8 bomb. I would definitely get them again.
The beer (Corona) was reasonably priced..
But ALL of the girls were pleasant and very professional.
I just wished it didn’t cost me just shy of $100, to eat by myself.. No Veterans/Military discounts. Such a huge let down..

Decent bar food, plenty of 9 ft tables, large tvs for the games. Don’t go at change of shift. Waitstaff will make you close tab and open another one then hound you for a card when you already paid the tab.

Worst Service I’ve Ever Had at Snookers

I went to Snookers on Saturday, November 15, and the experience was honestly terrible. We sat at the high tables behind the bar, and for 30 full minutes nobody came to take our order. The waitress assigned to that section kept walking by, looking right at us, and still completely ignored us. We literally had to go to the bar ourselves just to get drinks because no one bothered to help.

After almost two hours, a waitress from another section finally came over, but at that point it was already pointless — and on top of that, she overcharged us for several items.

Really disappointing experience. I’m not coming back.
