Went to snow joes my kids were super excited. We have never been. Sign was bright and said open, lights on, sign said they were open until 7. It was 6:08. Sat at the drive thru window and looked at a sign that said closed on the window. Confused we waited to see if maybe someone would come help since the hours said open until 7 and the open sign was lit in the front. Called the number and it was laughed off that they have been closing at 6. I think hours should be listed correctly so that people aren’t turned away.

Awesome sno cones!! They are consistent with their hours too unlike quenchies. We didn’t know they closed at 7 and were on our way already but the owners went out of their way to stay open a few extra minutes for us to get there from Longview one evening. service like that doesn’t get forgotten!!

The snow cones taste great here! They’re cheap and get done pretty quickly. While there could definitely be a little bit of a longer drive thru, more parking, and better seating, it’s definitely the best place to get a snow cone for cheap!

I took my 2 grandsons. They got pink bubblegum and tigers blood which they ate all of it. I got coffee which tasted like pure sugar. I threw it away when I got home. The young lady at the window was nice but seemed put out when I asked her to wipe off the 3rd cup. I had wiped down the first 2 and didn’t have another napkin. I will be back because I like to support local businesses, and wiping down the cups comment was more for the owners.

SnoJoe’s is the best snow cone joint in White Oak. They always give a generous amount of syrup (not just a cup with slightly flavored ice). They have a covered area where you can sit and eat your treats at a picnic table or a drive-through for people on the go.
