My order was 100% correct, down to the extra 1000 island dressing on the side I asked for. Polite team, everyone was friendly and seemed like they wanted to be there. Thanks for the excellent sandwiches. I’ll be choosing this newer location over the others from now on.

We arrived around 6pm on Thursday 2/26. It was busy as there were a good amount of people waiting. Placed an order for 4 sandwiches. Around 6:28pm as we were seeing customers who arrived after us get their orders, we inquired about our order. They couldn’t find it. The supervisor jumped in, we gave him our receipt, he got the staff to start making our order immediately. He gave us a refund & hand delivered our order with an apology. We appreciated him taking responsibility and addressing the issue with urgency! We will give this location another try since they have been open less than a month and we realize they are still getting their groove.

They play nice tunes and serve really awesome food. I was slightly disappointed to find out they have limited bread options at Snarf’s locations, but they make up for that in literally everything else. Service is really impressive for a place just getting started up, too!
