Excellent dinner buffet. Usually go at 5pm on Saturdays. Always lots of hot fresh pizzas out. Chicken Bacon BBQ pizza is great. Well stocked, fresh salad bar with a fabulous ranch dressing. Warm breadsticks with cheese and garlic butter dipping sauces as well as pasta. Manager personally checks on all the customers to see if they need anything. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Priced very reasonable as well with drink included.

We ordered Snappy Pizza and apparently unlocked a secret loyalty tier.
First delivery wrong order shows up. No big deal. Happens. We laugh. The guy is super nice he runs back…second delivery: our actual order Perfect. We think the saga is over. Then… Third knock at the door… It’s the same delivery guy offering us extra food and being top tier customer service truly he was the best and went above and beyond to make a simple mix up the best experience of all time. He was so kind.
Shoutout to the most committed delivery driver in the Midwest.
Great service, great attitude, unforgettable experience. Would absolutely order again….partly for the food, partly to see what chapter 4 brings.

The manager, Skyler was probably the most exuberant employee I’ve ever met. That man loves his job! So friendly and unwilling to be outdone by another pizza place. He made me a custom pizza they don’t even offer and you know what? It really was better than the other place. Pickle, Bacon Ranch. I’m not much of a pizza gal but Snappy tomato is where I’m going to go from now on, especially if they’re smart enough to keep Skyler.

Awesome service! I’m so appreciative to the cooks for welcoming our family just before closing. I’m here visiting from Florida, my mom has dementia and it may be one of the last times she’ll be able to remember having her grandkids and daughters all together for dinner. One of my daughters is here from Ball State, my son in from Indianapolis, and my youngest daughter and I from Florida. The staff was friendly, cooked up a (mushroom)vegetarian pizza fresh and never made us feel rushed. Thanks so much

My first time eating here in many years. I got here a little while after they opened. I ordered the Buffet ($12.99 including Tax) and everything tasted really good, actually better than I had expected. People who come in with kids should have better control over them, not let them go to Buffet by themselves not sanitary that is my only complaint.

Very clean and prompt! The manager during the dinner buffet is always there slinging out pizzas, cleaning tables, running the register, checking on guests and he is proactive in making sure the buffet stays stocked! He’s always in a great mood and is very kind. My family enjoys dining at snappy with the great entertainment.
