The current owners are amazing folk. The location suffered in the past but no more. They make great pizza, their crust is what drives me, they use screens usually so no soggy bottoms here! Nice crispy but not burnt, and toppings are never stingy. Their staff is courteous and kind both in person and delivery.

We have ordered Snappy quite a few times since they have “re-opened” and we have not been disappointed. The staff is super friendly especially the manager. The quality of the pizza and calzones have been great. If you haven’t tried it since they re-opened you should – try the loaded baked potato and bacon – excellent!

I always come to this place for dinner and I have never had a bad experience. The hoagie I always get doesn’t take long to make and comes out extremely good. They have great customer service and very nice staff members. The brownie bites are also incredible! All around amazing place to eat at. I would definitely recommend this place!

Forget the old reviews looks like this Snappy is now Under New Management! The restaurant has gotten a facelift…new decor looks nice to sit and eat with the whole family. Also, I love it that the buffet is back with best price around the area that I could find. Staff was very pleasant and owner himself was serving the customers. Awesome friendly atmosphere.

I’ve loved Snappy’s since I was a kid and worked at one during high school. I still order it every time I come back in town. Unfortunately, this particular location is terrible. They get my order wrong almost every time, and their delivery has yet to be under an hour and ten minutes. It is extremely frustrating; my order is not even complicated, and yet they still manage to make mistakes every time. Management could save a lot of money by just focusing on some quality assurance and timeliness.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and when we got it it was super under cooked. Called to see if they would make us a new one and they said yes but asked us to come pick it up. So we got there (after hours) the person was standing outside waiting for us to get there. We checked the pizza and it was burnt at the top but the crust was still dough yet again. Called the next day after they opened to get a refund and they refuse. They just want to give us store credit. Horrible customer service and they don’t even know how to cook properly. This place is still a joke. New owner, same bs.

Horrible attitudes, service, and atmosphere. The owner of Snappy Tomato Pizza should be ashamed. If you’re going to have franchises you should at least make sure your restaurants are keeping your reputation good. Unfortunately the Independence locations are going down hill. If your going to offer coupons make it clear for which locations they are for. Closing early, all the time, is unacceptable. Clearly they employ lazy people and sell franchises to anyone offering money. NEVER AGAIN, and I suggest you do the same!!!!!!!
