At Snappy, we start each day fresh. It would be easier to use frozen dough (like our competitors), but we make ours fresh daily. The same is true for our cheese—always fresh, never frozen. Our award winning sauce is composed of the freshest vine-ripened tomatoes that are picked fresh, packed, and canned in just six hours! Believe it or not, Snappy Tomato was started on a bet at a local horse track by a man who dreamed of having his own pizzeria but didn’t have the money. The horse he couldn’t resist betting on was named Snappy Tomato. The man used his winnings to open a pizzeria, which he named in honor of the horse that made it all possible. From that first Snappy Tomato location, there are now more than 50 locations across five states.

Horrible Snappy’s. The mushroom gravy was ice cold. They said they weren’t sure what kind of sauce I wanted, but didn’t even ask. I suggest going to the Ft Wright Snappy. This Independence location shares space with a gas station. Apparently pizza is not the priority here. I advise you to stay away.
Ok. I had a weak moment and ordered from this place again. When my wife arrived, they told her there was no order. Funny thing, my phone shows I called, and says the call was over 2 minutes long. This is the ABSOLUTE worst Snappy Tomato I have ever dealt with.
Another thing. I tried to pay ahead of time, so my wife wouldn’t have to. I was told they only let you pay over the phone if it is delivery.

I ordered and paid for our food online. Arrived to pick up my food on time and they didn’t have the order. Three women and one man were working that evening. One of the women offered a credit for a beast (what we ordered) and asked that I hang around while they complete the order.
While waiting I noticed one women biting her nails the whole 20 minutes I was there. Another proceeded to roll dough onto a pan without gloves, wipe her hands on her pants, and then to finalize the grossness run her hands through her hair to make a quick pony tail before returning her hands to the dough she was pressing into the pan.
The store was disgusting and unclean. Having four kids I needed to feed in a hurry that evening I just ditched the food and went to another resturant to feed my family. Still waiting on the refund.

It’s cheap pizza (as is all of Snappy Tomato), but the quality is good and delivery is always fast. Love their chicken bacon ranch pizza and dessert pizza. Drivers sometimes forget side cups of sauce or the drizzle that goes with the dessert pizza (why I gave 4 stars), but for a cheap meal that is made fresh and delivered quickly, it hits the spot. Regarding the comment about the girl who works the phones most nights: she has always been nothing but professional (and patient when I have weird coupons that are hard to enter); perhaps try a bit more patience considering that in a pizza joint, there is usually only one person both answering the phone and making the pizzas while everyone else is doing deliveries.

The girl that answered the phone was rude and hung up several times, we were just trying to order a pizza and she was snotty and unhelpful. I’d rate it less than one star but it wouldn’t allow me to share my terrible experience with the world unless I gave it one.

It’s close to home, fast service, and super delicious bread sticks & pizza made exactly as you want it! Also located inside a small store,& gas station, making it easy to get other things you may need for your enjoyment, or gas, if your on the go w/your food!

They are always running out of hoagie meat. We order from this location often but it seems that they are out of hoagies more often than they actually have them in. I would think if you sell that much you would order more. But I guess not.

This store is a complete joke. Ive lived here almost 4 years and its unfortunate that this is my only choice of location for delivery. I can walk to the store in less than 5 minutes yet it literally takes an hour and 25 minutes to get a rock hard cold as ice sorry excuse of a pizza delivered. The owners should seriously reconsider the choice of employees to represent the company.

Wish could give 0 stars!!! Do not order from this location!!!!! Ordered pizza online and even paid for it. Received order info and pickup info only to discover the restaurant isn’t even open, at 1pm on a Sunday!!! Have no clue if they closed permanently but this location is horrible!!!!! Put a call into corporate to get my money back, this is ridiculous!
