Always have friends & family over to watch the Bengals. Tried Snappy The Beast this time. When I ordered the pizza, the guy who took the order was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to understand. Pizza came in 30 minutes and plenty for our group.

They have the best ranch pizza that we love. Last night we ordered 2 pizzas, 1 veggie with ranch sauce, cooked well done and the other a chicken bacon ranch. Both pizzas were not cooked completely, still very doughy. Disappointed.

The guy working had a horrible attitude that people were ordering food. Was rude. the pizza was falling apart thrown together not much cheese and wasn’t even melted. I wanted to return my pizza but honestly was worried he would spit in my pizza. He’s had this same crappy attitude the last 3 times I went but this time the pizza wasn’t that good.
Dude if you hate your job then find a new one. It’s not your customers fault that their ordering food from an establishment that serves food! Get a new job.

I had the same driver a couple months ago and he was extremely rude arguing over the phone because he couldn’t find my apartment when I gave him directions to my apartment had to walk all the way down to the end of my parking lot and back up with the beast pizza. The pizza today was a mess when I got it inside had to walk out to the parking lot again to get the pizza. I even apologized because my apartment is kinda hard to find.

WOW! What a great pizza… and calzone… and mushroom steak hoagie. It’s been years since I’ve had Snappy’s, but it definitely will not be but maybe a month before I get it again. That sauce is something special, and those big, fat pepperoni make every bite a mouthful!

If there ever was a places that needs a make
Over this is it. I almost did not want to eat the food after walking in. But I watched them make it and it was fine. But it does not look like a clean location.

I order fairly often (I think). I’ve only had one issue and that was last week. When I called, I was met with a little bit of push back by the manager I had originally spoke with. This was disheartening for several reasons. 1. Im not one to complain, especially with pizza because I worked in pizza for a very looong time, so I completely get it and respect it. 2. Personally, I was having a pretty crappy day and the order being wrong just added to my disappointment on a day that didn’t need anymore. 3. We don’t go out to eat, we don’t doordash, and so when we do order, it’s with the little bit of extra money we have to spend on places that give good, timely, professional, and quality food and service. And do so repeatedly. Snappy hits all the marks for us. Instead of talking through a resolution with me, I was passed on to another manager where I still wasn’t satisfied with the result we had received in making things right. I was told I could call in the morning to speak to the GM if I’d like and I was fully prepared to do so because I felt like it was crap to be told something couldn’t be made right for a customer who orders as frequently as we do. I wasn’t looking for free food, and I wasn’t looking for a full refund or credit, just the issues I had with the order. The next morning I started to call and thought to myself, I truly DO get it, stuff happens. I also considered it was likely around shift change and sometimes stuff gets mixed up or lost in the shuffle and after factoring in my lack of patience that day, I said screw it. Im not calling, it wasn’t worth me raising a stink over. It was a medium pizza and the next day it didn’t matter anymore. Fast forward several hours and I’m in the car with my young son and we get a phone call. I answer (hands free!) And was met with the 1st manager I spoke to the day before. She called to apologize and make things right because I was disappointed, dissatisfied, the day before. I was floored and additionally super happy because of the good example and work ethic that was demonstrated before my young son! His dad and I met doing pizza 18 years ago. So he knows our background, knows the hard work that goes into it, and learned a valuable lesson in how to handle and care for the people who make your business go and grow! Turns out, the day I made the complaint, was her FIRST SHIFT MANAGING! It took me back. I started as a hostess and worked every position in between until I was finally the General Manager at not 1, but 2 pizzerias. I felt horrible that she had to deal with me that day, but the following day, the former manager in me couldn’t have been more proud of her and the crew from top to bottom at Snappy. Y’all got me for life. And I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name young lady, but kudos to you, good job, thanks for calling when you did.

I have loved Snappy since I was a kid but this place is very inconsistent. The store it literally a 5 minute walk from our house and sometimes it takes over and hour to get the food. Tonight it was an hour and a half and cold. When we called they said the driver had 5 deliveries before us. The manager didn’t seem to care and just offered to try again. We ended ordering from Papa John’s. That’s just bad management. The owner here needs to step it up. More staff and competent managers please.

Update 08/03/21: we decided to give these guys another chance. Desert pizza was burnt and missing the strussel topping and two packs of the icing just tossed on the box. Gross and lazy.
