Pizza arrived on time and driver was very nice. I was disappointed by the size at first. A large pizza is only about 14″. My disappointment ended abruptly upon the first bite. The flavor was excellent! If the portions were larger, I’d have given Snappy five stars.

I’ve gone here for my lunch break a couple of times, fixing a deck right down the street. Their meat toppings are baller and they give you garlic butter on the side as a default. It’s a good experience if you don’t want anything fancy, just a solid pizza.

Just had this AMAZING Pizza ! We were passing by and decided to get a Pizza and their $5 Pizza cookie. Both were phenomenal to say the least. Chery on top, the owner gave us free Cinnabread, a $5.99 value for free. Thank you for making our day !

The food was great, hot, made perfectly and delivered long before promised. I’m surprised he got up our driveway but he was driving a Jeep lol.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Always be aware of how much money you give the delivery driver! I made a huge mistake yesterday, 12/11/19! I had my bill money in one pocket and the pizza money in another pocket ok? I realized after the pizza was delivered that I had given the driver the wrong money! I was terrified! I called snappy and explained what happened and the delivery driver brought it back, almost all of it anyway! I accidentally gave him $180! I got $160 of it back! I fold my bills in one direction and there was several $20 bill’s turned the wrong way! He did have a $20 in his wallet claiming it was from the money from snappy? We even have him $5 for bringing it back to us! Regardless I’m grateful I got almost all of the bill money back! Just beware of the right amount of money you hand over! My best advice ever!

Horrible experience, talked to the general manager about an “extra” cheese pizza that was missing cheese. He assured me the pizza was the standard at that store. Hung up on me when I told him there was an issue with the pizza. Awesome customer service….

Our kids received two coupons for 2 free small pizzas from their schools. We never order from snappys but decided to give it a try. While ordering we told the rep we had 2 free small valentines coupons and what we wanted to order. The rep took our order and then charged it to the credit card before even asking for our address or verifying the coupons or that we were even done ordering. After getting a alert of a charge done we asked him about why we were charged early. He told us that it was his second day and he needed to find help. After coming back on the phone he said that there is no manager in the building and he is still trying to find help. Who doesn’t have a manager on shift! Also who doesnt help the new guy on his second day! The guy then said we cant reverse the charge because no manager or anyone with the credentials there was able to. SO the said we have a credit. What if we didn’t like it? What if we were just trying to show support for our kids school? This was done completely backwards. I hope they improve their customer service and start running a business with proper management. It’s not smart to assume. Credits don’t cover mistakes. Lesson learned!
