I thought I would try something new while in town. The pizza’s okay, I also ordered crispy potato wedges (and was told that could be done). The wedges were soggy, cold and a bit gross. The pizza didn’t come with the garlic butter sauce that it was advertised to come with and had been requested. Additionally, they didn’t provide plates, napkins or anything to eat it with. When I made an inquiry by phone, they just told me that you have to ask and to remindthem about extra dip next time.
I feel any decent business making an effort to take care of their client base new or old, would know that at a hotel they should at least ask the person if they might like something like plates, plastic wear, napkins and such… instead of just handing them a bag of items with no effort to verify or meet needs. Between the missing items, items that weren’t prepared properly and unprofessional service and it prices… Domino’s would have been a better choice.
It was extremely disappointing.
