The website and email I received said it would be approximately 40 minutes for delivery. That turned into an hour and a half, and two phone calls asking where our food is. I have the flu. I was just trying to feed my kids and myself without having to get up to cook, and I definitely can’t drive. I still don’t understand how a 7 minute drive became a 25 minute drive. However, the guy running the shop was very nice and helpful, and the delivery driver was also nice. The pizza was lukewarm at best. I had my son put both back in the oven to heat them up. The taste, texture, and toppings were spot on. It was $53 for two pizzas I had to reheat. I’m not sure I’ll be repeating this experience.

This pizza is a disaster. I had to cut it myself it’s over loaded with cheese I watched the cook he forgot the pineapple so they added it after the pizza was cooked done. He put it back in the end of the oven instead of remaking it I felt like I was @ little Caesars for a minute you also have a cook taking cash not washing his hands and going back to cut pizza wow congratulations you just lost a customer the cook was screaming into the lobby guess he seen someone he knew and the guy in the red shirt guessing yhe (Manager) had no idea what was going on lol clueless. I was talking to him couldn’t find my order or the mans next to me order he dropped us to answer phone and forgot what we was talking about like it was my fault you couldn’t find my order or several others this place went to

Way of order from this location for a couple of years the last few times we have ordered the food has been cold when we get it we order delivery and it takes us over an hour to receive it not understanding why I normally when we order the food is not right the night I asked for garlic butter we got pizza sauce I just don’t understand what’s so complicated

I order from here every so often and somehow they manage to screw up my order every single time. Every single time I order it seems like they have someone new making the food and the quality varied wildly because of this. It’s rare I ever get my order right on the first time and when I do it’s normally cold and takes over 2 hours to get here. Seems like they go through staff like no other business I’ve ever seen. If you want your order made correctly and hot then I recommend going literally anywhere else.

I wish I would have took pictures of my food but from my first impression of the restaurant it loooked dirty under aged employees working there and a driver bringing there daughter to work with her which was no problem. One of the very young employees put a brush with garlic butter on the counter I really thought about canceling my food then but didn’t because I really wanted to give the restaurant a try because iv never been there before but I regretted my decision very badly. The food was god awful the pizza was way under done the breadsticks were soggy as all get out soaked with grease and to top it all off The manager and employee seemed very racist towards and ganged up on me when I brought the food back for a refund and refused to give it to me because they said I waited to long when none of the food was even missing I felt so judged and belittled when it was there mistake, I’m going to be contacting corporate and the health department there were to many health violations I seen they are lucky I don’t put a lawsuit on the company for how I was treated

I won’t be supporting this business again.
My sister is freshly postpartum from a C-section. Friends wanted to treat our family to a local meal, so they purchased a $100 Snappy’s e-gift card directly through the restaurant’s website.
We called Snappys to place an order, the employee said he didn’t know how to process the gift card. I explained it was purchased online through their system; still he’s unsure what to do. I had to ask him to escalate it to the owner and explained the circumstances.
The callback we received?
They will not accept it. Even after acknowledging the situation — a newborn, a postpartum mom, and a valid gift card purchased from their site — their “solution” was: “You can drive to the Hardin Valley location, 40 minutes away. Maybe they’ll take it.”
I asked for the owner to call me directly, also sending a Yelp message hoping to resolve it privately. No call. No reply. No effort, clearly does not care about their customers.
Someone paid real money through this restaurant’s platform, and the business refused to honor it, troubleshoot it, or take responsibility for the transaction. Just disappointing. They could offered any real solution and that would’ve sufficed, even how to get a refund!
For a small business, this isn’t just bad service — it’s a failure of integrity. Local families choose small businesses because we want to support our community. But it’s impossible to feel good about supporting a place that won’t even back up its own products, its own website, or the money customers spend in good faith.
At the bare minimum, the website should clearly state which locations accept online gift cards so other families — esp ones juggling newborns — aren’t blindsided and dismissed the way we were.

I placed this order at 5:24pm and was told it would take 20 minutes to get. we arrived at 5:45pm to find out the receipt had not even been printed out yet. We walked out and they said they would put out pizza in the oven, we went back in at 6:05pm to find our pizza had still not been put in the oven. There were over 7 other guests in the lobby waiting for pizzas to be done, one woman whose order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:30pm! Not only were they busy, and orders were severely late, there was one employee, Gil R, who was beyond rude to us and other customers waiting. We fully understand being busy and overwhelmed, a high level of customer service should still be considered. We finally left with our pizza at 6:40pm, over an hour after ordered. I love snappy, we go there often, but after this incident, I am not sure I will again.
