Let me first start with the positive! The young lady at the window was nice and helpful.
Now the hard truth is this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. My son Selected this place because of Tik Toc. I ordered Snapper and Conch. The snapper was rubbery and clearly not fresh. The Conch felt like you were eating rubber balls. The food was also EXTREMELY SALTY. This was not worth the money nor the hype. I will never come back to this place again.

Stopped by today while in town for a few hours. I’m blown away by the great service Gayniesha provided. The greens and Mac cheese were just as she stated they would be…PERFECT! I also love the conch on another level! Thank you so much!!! I’m in heaven and I’ll def come back!!!

The service at this Snappers location is much better than the nearby location also in Miami Gardens. Even though I ordered the Oreo chicken and waffles, my ordered came with plain waffles. I simply requested the Oreo’s to be placed in a separate container, to which they gladly provided . The cashier at the drive thru was very polite and friendly!

When you read all the reviews and comments you may be scare away or won’t even try it.
Here is my review:
This is not a typical place to seat and enjoy your food there, they literally have a canopy with a few benches if you wish to stay but I recommend you bring it home
The drive through line could be long specially if you get there between Thursday through Sunday night but it is understandable since you must remember they fry everything as you order it (They fry fresh food).
We have tried their Wings, Shrimp, Corn, Conch, and other side orders they have always tasted good.
In regards of the staff’s attitude…. relatively young employees therefore they may be always on their phone but other than that they have been courteous when we placed our orders.
They are open late up until 2 AM.
Give it a try you may get surprised.

I ordered this food and when it came, it was ok well as I thought. Later that day I found out that the food was old and it gave me food poisoning. I’ve been sick ever since then and I am never eating this food again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Every time I go to the drive thru it’s the same lady and they never want to give a soda with the lunch special. EVEN THOUGH IT COMES WITH A SODA. The girl on the mic usually during lunch special times is very rude and unprofessional.
