We were passing by and googled for a place to eat when we came across these Falastini and Algerian brothers’ restaurant. The service was great and food was 10/10.
We had a chicken bowl and lentil soup.
Lentil soup was delicious, Chicken and all veggies/sides were fresh.
The quantity was enough, store was very clean.
I would eat both things again. If you like hummus I really liked it. The tiny baklavas wrapped in cling foil is a must, felt like my sister made it for me.
Overall experience 10/10.
If you’re local this must be your go to spot. For anyone traveling MUST VISIT.

The portions are surprisingly large! The food is and fresh overall a very calming and casual atmosphere with counter service. I was got the lunch special myself with fries and it was enough to take home and have again later. Nice guys too!

The fries where cold and not salty at all was kinda disappointing was looking forward to trying this spot:/ the beef shawarma was cold and literally was js beef in a tortilla and a sad amount of onions. The chicken bowl was underwhelming but looked good ♀️

One of the best middle eastern restaurants I’ve ever been to. The combination of the good food and the polite staff made this experience extremely memorable. They offered us lentil soup as a welcoming gift (which was excellent) and the meal was very flavorful. I got some baklava to go and it was great as well! I would definitely come back for the stellar service and food we received.

Today i eat at this restaurant nothing fancy i ordered lintel soup and hummus and chicken the soup was great little salty to my taste but great the hummus and chicken okay but not much i think if they have a hummus home made with there seasoning it will be much better the guy how takes orders should be more friendly but okay also the place should work on there prices 21$ including tips to much. Also if you are closing soon you should inform the customer.

Chicken Tawook Sandwich, Vegetarian Platter, sample of lentil soup, and baklava. All excellent! The rice is phenomenal with a hint of… cinnamon? And my dining partner said, “I always thought I didn’t like falafel. I just never had GOOD falafel.”

Really great food here. The weekday lunch special is more than worth it. The people here are also very nice and helpful. Try there lentil soup. I’m not a soup guy and I’m not a lentil guy but their lentil soup is really good. The only thing is I wish they added 1 falafel with the special. You’ll have to buy a side of falafel. Great small place in Franklin Park!

Had a beef shawarma bowl here, and it was excellent. Each and every ingredient shines and comes together perfectly. Easily one of the best I’ve had, and I have at least one a week from one restaurant or another. I was served by Omar and Fuad, and they were friendly, inviting, and efficient with the service.
