These burgers are huge! We had a big order of about ten burgers, a few picky eaters, so lots of specifics, everything was done correctly and pretty fast. We ordered some of the drinks, both burgers and specialty drinks were delicious and service was super friendly. Definitely recommend.

My first time here. Had heard the fries were awesome so that’s all I ordered. When I got home this is what I saw~see pictures. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! All the pictures from other reviews showed “crinkle cut” fries so that’s what I expected. NOT WHAT I GOT. I really dislike potato skins on my fries and that’s what these have. They look burnt or cooked in old oil. They do not taste good! I ordered a large and at $6 this is definitely NOT what I wanted or expected! Only reason for 2 stars is the people working~all were super cool, nice, and friendly!! I wouldn’t recommend this places food from my experience but from the other reviews they all look like they received awesome food! I’m sad and very disappointed. Rarely eat out due to prices and now it’ll be even less. McDonald’s fries are way better and they actually aren’t that good, so that’s saying something.

We have driven past this small spot many times but never stopped, and man, have we been missing out! Peggy is the sweetest lady, and she knows how to take care of her customers. I ordered the Rueben, and it was super good. The cheese was perfectly melted over the thick pieces of corned beef. He got the Big Bacon Cheeseburger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries came out hot and crispy. They give you three options for dips (ketchup, ranch, and fry sauce). They had a decent number of customers when we went in but still got our food quickly.
It is a smaller establishment (only about 7 or 8 tables) in not the greatest part of town. But the food is well worth the short trip just outside main street/Franklin Blvd area. One of the very best “hole in the wall” burger places we have been to in a while. They also have BBQ and do brunch. The front parking lot is small, but there is more around the back. We will be adding this to our list of weekday lunch spots.

Honestly… Disappointed. I’ve been coming to snack shack for a little over a year, and never had any complaints. The staff were always extremely welcoming and the restaurant had a fun atmosphere. I can’t say the same for today… Every time i’ve been in the past two months, the atmosphere has been extremely uncomfortable. It’s quiet, nobody else is in the restaurant, and all of the staff bringing light to the restaurant seem to have.. disappeared? On another note, the food is so expensive now. Look… I understand that the world we live in is tough right now, but why am I paying $14 for a burger from this place when I could just go to Carl’s jr and get a burger that is MUCH better. All I have to say is that i’m disappointed.

Food is amazing for basic burgers. Fries are perfectly crispy. Milkshakes are great and they even have a peppermint and blackberry shake. Burgers are large and bacon was thick and cooked perfectly!!!

My wife and I had moved into the area and decided to check this place out. This place had alot of Oregon Ducks stuff in it,which is cool for the people who like sports.. The server was friendly and prompt which was nice too. The inside of the restaurant was clean so that was good point too.
