Absolutely great service and food! Some of the fish tacos you can get and service was so nice! Brought our baby and they were so accommodating and loved interacting! Thank you to Collin and the other servers along with the cooks for giving us a great meal! Crab cakes tasted so fresh and would recommend the truffle fries along with the tacos. Great summer vibe!

My food was delicious, but the service was terrible. The food is very pricey. The waitress failed to bring out the appetizers to the table and didn’t come to the table to fill up our drinks. Then, I tried to pay the bill with the credit card, and their credit card machine was down and was told to use the ATM to pay for the bill. I won’t be going back here again.

Restaurant has great outdoor seating and food was delicious! But a few reasons for the 2 stars….. 1st, place is very pricey. For lunch, our bill came to $130 – For 2 beers, 1 app and 2 sandwiches, pretty insane. 2nd, service was way understaffed. We were there on a Saturday for lunch, about half the tables filled up. Took 25 minutes to get our beers, 45 minutes for the app and then another hour until our sandwiches. We ordered another round of drinks that we just said forget about since it took so long. Lastly, on the way out, the owner and the bartender got in a argument in front of the customers, totally unprofessional.

I was sitting at the table next to a lady and gentleman with their son. I know she wrote a bad review because she said she was going to. My party watched the whole thing. They ran the waitress like crazy complaining. The restarant was VERY accommodating.

Great atmosphere and pretty views of the canal. Staff was accommodating in getting us umbrellas for our outdoor table. Waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. Food was very yummy, no complaints from anyone I was with. A little taken aback that they do charge the additional 3.5% if you decide to pay with a card instead of check, so beware of that extra cost if you only have a card with you. A little dessert was given to us on the house as we were celebrating my grandma’s birthday.

1st time here; we sat outside, in Feb, in an “igloo”. The set up was amazing, a table for nine (we had kids, suggest 8 adults max), but absolutely beautiful. There is a cost for the igloo which becomes a drink credit (call ahead for details). 2 strong heaters in the igloo, however it was still cold that night (the wind was very strong, temp below freezing). The server was great- Anthony – very difficult conditions for them (walking out of the restaurant, across the deck, in heavy wind). The food was good to very good depending on the dish. Apps were excellent. Everything came hot, which is impressive considering. We ordered multiple specials (example Filet wrapper with crab meat with shrimp risotto). The kitchen was very flexible with all dishes. Prices were a bit high – but the menu selection, the quality of the food, kitchen flexibly, etc, is in line with the expense.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Noel and his wonderful staff. We had a last minute gathering and he was so accommodating. This man and his staff went above and beyond! Our night was perfect because of the care and skills of this staff. I highly recommend.

This was the perfect location to host my sister’s baby shower on a beautiful Saturday afternoon! The staff at Smuggler Jack’s was so attentive and accommodating. The dining room was perfect for 30 of us to enjoy a beautiful and delicious seated lunch while enjoying the water front. From the initial planning stages to the celebration itself, Brendan and the rest of the staff at Smuggler Jack’s helped us to put on the perfect shower. High recommended to celebrate your next special occasion!

Went for the first time and was very impressed by the food and service! My family and I enjoyed the salmon, clams and fish tacos were yummy!Although it was late and we dined in, the owner Noel was very accommodating and gave us a little tour of the outdoor area. It is a very nice ambiance on the water on a beautiful day! We’ll be back!
