I’ve been seeing Smoothify outside Crunch Fitness in LOL for many months. I usually eat before going to the gym but today I forgot and while working out my body let me know and I started feeling weak and like I was going to pass out. Serendipitously Smoothify was outside today. I had a smoothie (blueberry muffin) and some protein balls. Thankfully she handed me the protein balls right away. I got a couple in me to get me feeling better while my smoothie was being made. The food and smoothie were delicious. My body got to feeling great again and I was able to finish my workout ! Thank you. Great products and service.
