I had a disappointing experience at this location. I specifically requested bio-foam cups, but the order was incorrect at first; plastic cups. When corrected, the 20oz cup wasn’t filled properly. For the price I paid, I expected full and accurate service. The employee came off very dismissive and had a noticeably bad attitude, like fixing the mistake was an inconvenience instead of basic customer service. Not outright rude, but definitely unwelcoming, I hope attention to detail and customer care can be improved.

Stopped here after the gym for a smoothie! Met Stephen, Imran, and Brandon who were the very professional and friendly staff on duty this evening. I ended up getting a smoothie and a new loaded toast! I got the strawberry Kiwi Breeze Smoothie as a treat and the new line of toasts are fire! I got the peanut butter toast that comes with peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, with some honey drizzle. Imran made my toast look exactly like the picture! I was very impressed! Thank you Gentlemen for making my visit today exceptional! Keep up the great work! 🙂

I am from out of town and was headed home. Stopped for a smoothie for the trip. I went inside to stretch my legs and use the restroom. Everyone was nice and helpful. The store was clean and pleasant. The smoothie tasted amazing. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.

Best Smoothie i had in a long time! I woke up late for work, decided to stop in because I need a boost. I got the protein-packed Gladiator, as soon as I took that first sip BOOM!! IM UP, Had me floating, next sip BOOM ANOTHER ONE, Hit it so hard I cracked the straw, the combination of ingredients in that smoothie combined with the excellent customer service this store provided was amazing. Im coming back twice a week!

Ever since that new “manager” came in, this smoothie king has become a hellscape!!! I’ve been coming here for a long time, and I don’t know what they were thinking getting rid of Lorali, I think that was her name! She was the sweet pregnant girl with the red hair, and she knew how to run a store! This Amari girl is never present in the store, and when she is she never takes care of it! All these new employees are so rude, and they never make my smoothies right! Don’t even get me started on those lousy things they call bowls! If I had a say, I would fire Amari and bring back the pregnant girl!

I went to the Aliana location and Inhad such an amazing experience! David took my order and his friendly attitude and amazing customer service was one to remember! I’ve gone here a few times and David actually remembered my name, that’s a sign of great customer care!
