I visited on February 22. I placed a pickup order and arrived early. When I arrived they were clearly busy so I sat down and waited to be served. No staff greeted me but they clearly saw me come in as all of them (4 employees) turned to look at me then went back to their rush. I have worked in food/retail, I get the pressures and stress of a rush. When things started to calm down two more people walked in after me and were served before me, so I went to the counter to see why I had not been served. Turns out my smoothie was ready they just thought it was for a man. Im named after my dad and even if I wasnt the commentary was unnecessary, rude and showed a lack of customer service skills. I should have got a refund cause the smoothie wasn’t even made right. I left a survey of my experience. Then the manager called me today (Feb. 24th) with an attitude, was dismissive of my experience by saying “I heard from my staff so I have to call and ask your side”, and said what I could have done differently instead of what her staff SHOULD have done then hung up on me instead of trying to make it right. Unacceptable and tasteless of her and the staff member involved. Keep in mind I never raised my voice at anyone during any interaction.

Got a smoothie today, it was great. Other than the fact I was told my order was 8 flat and when charged it came out at 9.20 so I asked for the receipt saw the girl had tipped herself. Honestly not really bothered by paying more or tipping I always do I’m more upset over her doing it without asking and playing with someone’s money. Could have been a mistake but regardless she told me the price and said 8 flat then I paid 9.20 , like I said I don’t mind but like next time just ask :/ . Like don’t play with someone else’s money.

Used to love this location until they decided to not make the drink that an employee recommended. Been getting the same thing for over a year from there. They said it was too complicated for them to do. The manager took forever getting back to me and said she tried to leave me a voicemail but she indeed did not.
The camp wisdom location took very good care of me and were able to make my drink with no hesitation.

This location is setup like a lounge. The music is chill while you wait for your smoothie. They also have a drive thru if you prefer to wait in your car. Nice place that is on the corner of the complex.

Drinks are too good and service is kind and patient as you decide what you want, but the atmosphere is wack. Not a thing that’s really worth saying about that but the music is chill. Idc how expensive it is ima spend my money on a delicious smoothie from smoothie king.

I love smoothie king but they need to stick to smoothies and bowls only. I paid 6.99 for the new egg cloud that was so small and it was not good at all. Very chewy and does not looking appealing.

ordered a keto chocolate and they couldn’t add banna and Greek yogurt together he said he would get fired what the heck I’ve went to other locations and they did do that and then he said he would add it this time and I left expecting banana and Greek yogurt in there but he didn’t even add it and the smoothie wasn’t properly made i still tatsed ice chunks won’t be coming here ever again
