I have been a loyal, consistent customer since their grand opening. I would absolutely come again if they go back to how they were and should be. The acai bowls have become smaller and smaller amounts every time. When I pay $14 for each one, it’s very discouraging to see how much they skimp. Here is one example, along with the advertised image. Either lower your price or at least fill to the top of the cup.

I can’t say enough good things about Smoothie King. Every visit is a great experience, but the customer service truly sets this location apart. Enoch is always so kind and friendly, and he consistently goes out of his way to make sure my order is exactly how I like it. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.

I had such a great experience at this Smoothie King, and it was 100% because of Enoch. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making my smoothie exactly right. He took the time to answer questions, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed.
It’s rare to see customer service this good anymore. Enoch truly went above and beyond and made my day better with just his attitude alone. The smoothie was perfect, and the service was even better. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Give this guy a raise!

Great healthy option! We have a few favorite menu items here, typically for a lighter, but nutrient packed, dinner after going to the gym. The bowls and shakes are great, and they have a variety of protein snacks to choose from as well. The store is clean, bright, and inviting, with a fun vibe, and the staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend!

Genuinely one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had! Rayden offered me his own drink which I believe had strawberry, pineapple, and coconut in it and it was so good. He was also very nice and made me feel welcome. Will be back 🙂

You must visit this Smoothie King location down here in QC off Ellsworth, by Costco. The team here is amazing! Every time we come in, mostly to just grab-n-go our order is always ready (order via app) but for the first 6 months – the way all the different teams greet, answer questions, counter help with how the app works to just down right friendliness.
