I ordered the Peanut Power Plus – strawberry. And it was delicious. I put my order in, and within a few minutes, I was already given my order. The store is kept clean and the staff are welcoming. On a hot day, this is definitely worth the drive to stop in and drink a delicious and cold smoothie.

Horrible customer experience my order was never delivered and when I called smoothie king they told me they couldn’t help me. I spoke to a team leader named Darla who laughed about my situation and who then told me that the manager’s name was irreverent who she spoke to that said they couldn’t help me with anything. Mind you my order was ordered through the smoothie king app. Darla then told me that I had to call the delivery system myself. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of a manager at the store I finally called one morning and got a hold of someone. Carlos apologized and told me that he had kids working there. I stated to him that none the less customer service should be a number one service. I explained to him that his store website states if there are any problems with delivery to contact them ( Smoothie King). In the end I was out $60 for an order I never received and I was never helped by anyone at smoothie king.

I ordered my smoothie with yogurt and the lady still gave me butter pecan ice cream. These girls are not paying attention to what they’re doing. This is not the first time this happens, I hadn’t gone in a while and this is why, they did the same thing.

Hey everyone be warned that the 2 girls who work the morning shift will not only ignore you as you walk in to pick up a mobile order, they’ll also turn their backs on you as you walk up to the counter. And to top it off, they gave me the wrong smoothie! Ridiculous and incompetent service—I don’t need attitude from smoothie girls in the morning. Never going back.
