Ordered online and made 2 simple switches to the recipe by switching protein for protein and milk for milk, as well as adding almond butter. I do this regularly at other locations and have never had a quality issue. This was the worst smoothie I’ve ever had from Smoothie King, I would not revisit this location.

In line in the drive thru for 27 minutes, placed my order of a 32oz shake and PB Bowl, 9 minutes later I get my shake, 5 minutes later I get my bowl. I asked how much longer, the employee asked everyone in the store who was working on my PB Bowl. No one had a clue or communication. 35 minutes later, I drive off. It wasn’t even busy.

My daughter and I visited smoothie king on a Friday morning before school, a high traffic time. I ordered on the app prior to our visit. Tamala went above and beyond to make our order correctly. The order took longer than expected, but she communicated her apologies, as it was very busy. I can not speak highly enough about her customer service and positive attitude. She really made my day being so upbeat and amazing!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The smoothies were amazing, but the five minute interaction I had with them absolutely made my day. They took time out of their day to ask me how mine was. Even though I could tell they were busy. The drinks were ready right when I walked in. I cannot recommend this place enough. All of the coworkers were amazing, and the drinks are up to par.

I’m disappointed and curious. At 7:26 my account was debited for a medium drink. At 7:37 a nice woman at the window offered Marcie another pub cup. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. At 7:37 with no other people in the store and no other cars behind me or not in front of me obviously I got my drink with an apology. I’m curious and a wee bit disappointed.
Marcie and I had the opportunity of being served by two awesome young ladies this afternoon. Sierra was on the spot and smiling just as soon as she opened the window to serve me. It was great seeing that smile. Jenna piped right in, would you like a doggy treat! Again with this smile that showed she wanted to do the right thing!
These two young ladies are to be commended and if I had my way about it, I’d give them both a raise!

Actually horrible. I placed a mobile order and waited inside for 30 min to it to be made for me even when I told them it was missing 15 min in and once my smoothie was ready it wasn’t even full. Will not be returning to this location it’s ran by high school kids.
