I had an amazing experience at Smoothie King thanks to Jezmany. His customer service was truly exceptional, welcoming, patient, and incredibly kind. He guided me through the menu, recommended great options, and upsold in a way that was actually helpful, not pushy. On top of that, he was constantly cleaning and keeping the store in perfect condition. It’s rare to find someone who works with this level of care and professionalism. I came recently and there was a young man named Jezmany who was just the best! My order is usually difficult for the workers to understand, but this man was on POINT with my order! WOW! JUST WOW! I went in today after the gym, this lovely man greeted me and took my order! I LOVE THAT MAN 10/10 his name starts with a Jay(not too sure if that’s his name.) , always nice,caring,smiling, good vibez. Just WOW!! I came here today after the gym feeling a little down, got a muscle punch smoothie with the worker jay(i can’t remember exactly) but he was the BEST worker and was so kind. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Once I was up to the window, I was handed a totally random smoothie, wrong size and completely wrong ingredients. I caught it right away because it was brown and mine should’ve been green. Then when I got the smoothie I thought was mine and left, turns out this still was the completely wrong smoothie. It was salty and disgusting so I had to turn around and come all the way back. I get add ons to my smoothie and always get the same smoothie, so I knew right away it was the wrong smoothie. I pay so much money when I come here I expect at least an ounce of competency from the people working here.
