We were out and about looking for a treat and decided to stop at Smoothie King. We ordered the Açaí bowls — Peanut Butter Swizzle and Go Go Goji Berry.
The store was staffed with four friendly, helpful team members. After ordering, we took a seat and watched them clear the line quickly and efficiently.
The bowls are very large and packed with açaí. Personally, I would have preferred a little less açaí and more toppings, but they were still fresh and delicious — we both managed to scrape the bowls clean.
I’ve been to several Smoothie King locations, and this one had some of the best service we’ve experienced.

This was a good smoothie King!
When I arrived, there was a bit of a weight, but they worked through the line pretty quickly .
The service was good. They took my order promptly and were able to get the drink put together and mixed in just a few minutes.
I actually ordered a 32 ounce angel food, which is actually the strawberry and banana smoothie I asked for extra banana and their little energy boost option .
I was a bit worried that the energy boo that they were going to add might change the flavor of the drink and I wouldn’t like it …. It turns out I was wrong. The flavor was great. They added the extra banana and I was very pleased.
I would highly recommend this location, even if you’re in a hurry the service is good and they take time to make your drink, right !

We had forgotten about a coupon we got in the mail till the day it expired. The employee was kind enough to still accept it. He was very kind and made an embarrassing moment very easy. The smooth was amazing.

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after 3 failed visits, I don’t intend on returning. I do not recommend this location. On all three occasions, I’ve waited over 15 mins for a smoothie, and this last visit i just had to leave the toast I ordered because of the time. The manager left a new untrained employee for two hours by himself. Poorly managed location

George at store #417 was alone this Sunday morning and handled the crowd and orders amazingly! I was impressed at how well he took, processed, and cleaned up after each order. It was a bit slow because he was alone, but you can’t rush quality. I was visiting the area for the weekend and I will definitely return my next visit.

Just tried another location and let me tell you I will not be doing that again. The staff at the NE mall location are always professional and make everything correctly and keep fully stocked and are courteous enough to update the app if need be. The mall location can get busy but it’s worth the wait !!!

I am not sure of the young man’s name who helped us tonight but he was INCREDIBLE. My 2 boys and I went in tonight around 7:30 for a watermelon hydration smoothie and he was so kind, helpful, and respectful. My 11 year old even said, “he has such good manners!” as we walked away.
We have a smoothie king close to home but with customer service like this, we will drive a little further to come back!
