The issue is not the smoothie. It is the prices at this location. Compared to other locations the prices are significantly higher. The same smoothie bowl is up to four dollars cheaper at other smoothie locations. A smoothie bowl at a location in Dallas, is $11. The Duncanville location is $14 not including the tip. Also, when paying by card this location automatically requests a tip. Not a tip jar. Other locations that I have visited do not request a tip, but the issue is the price difference at this location.

Drive thu line was over 30 mins. I had to leave bc someone took my order but never came to window.

With the enhancers….Every other smoothie king that I’ve been to they automatically have buy 3 get 1 free and automatically take it off of your receipt. I purchased more than 3, they did not automatically take it off. I realized I did not get a free one when I called to ask, the manager said I have to request the free 1. Seems like not in the customers Best interest.

No sense of urgency, I don’t expect to get my beverage right away but all that time for making 2 smoothies is ridiculous. They made my order very wrong in the drive through (Proportions of the ingredients were WAY off compared to other locations) which I had to wait almost 10 minutes for. Then came inside for it to be fixed, the establishment smelt like something was rotting but everything looked so new. I told the lady that my drink was very bitter and I could only taste the peanut butter and thanked her since she offered to make it. I waited about 15 minutes for a remake and it was still disappointing.
Advice for management: Deep clean the establishment, better train employees, have more than 2 people on a shift.
