I got a smoothie and açaí bowl and this bowl is so disappointing im shocked as a first time customer if smoothie kings are like this i will never come back this is why jamba gaps in every way possible.

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances to improve my smoothie, but unfortunately the quality hasn’t changed. Each time, the smoothie tastes like nothing but ice — no flavor, no fruit, and I end up forgetting what I even ordered because there’s no taste to distinguish it. I really hoped for better consistency and freshness, but the experience has been disappointing.”

I always come here before/during work to get Nutella toast and have always had a really nice experience. Today, Chip took my order and made my toast for me. Chip was so kind and friendly, especially after I said I was having a hard day. I really appreciate customer service like this because it can turn a bad day around.

Perhaps one of my lowest ratings ever given. I gave the extra star only for the polite greetings when I first entered, other than that it was a complete mess. 3 people working and it seemed they were only working one drink at a time. When I finally got my drink it was watered down with too much ice (if you know, you know). A very familiar sound from other experiences. I took a sip and quickly asked if this was my order because it seemed to be missing the peanut butter I requested and paid for. Everyone asked each other if they put in peanut butter and no one knew. It wasn’t worth the back and forth after they said “yeah I guess we did, maybe it’s the new PB”. Very disappointed here.

I expect my 44 oz cup to be full! I spend a lot of money at Smoothie King and that is the least that could be done! I actually complained about it and was pretty much told they would not do anything and that is how they are made. All other locations have no issue with filling the cup completely full. It makes me feel like I am bieng taken advantage of.
Yet again, today I got the same less than should be smoothie—–you need to do better Little Elm, I spend $10 which is a lot now days on a smoothie, it should be full!!!!!!

My son injured himself right outside the store and the employees there bandaged him up and tended to him until I was able to arrive to take him to the hospital. Great group of kids working there!

I just got out of Smoothie King located on 423 . I ordered 32 oz Immune Builder and added Vitamin D. When paying cash after the cashier took the money, he told me he couldn’t open the drawer. I didn’t have a card and requested to speak with a manager. With no luck or respect, he told me I needed to download the app and pay with a card. No apologies for the inconvenience. Just take it or leave it. So sad

Don’t get a smoothie bowl if you want fast service… they will take orders for regular smoothies & make theirs before they start making your bowl. Waited 35 mins for a half full bowl while everyone else with regular smoothies was out within 10 mins. Not fair at all to be sitting there watching other people place a order & be out before you.
