Avery was great, I was having an off day and she was so nice and understanding as I was making my order. This goes for all of the staff wonderful customer service every single time I’ve been. Nothing but smiles on their face. The smoothies are also great, never had a single one that tastes bad or isn’t what I asked for. Definitely come to this location it’s the best.

I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told “one moment.” That moment turned into 10 minutes, so I gently said “hello” and was then asked what I wanted. Cool. I ordered, moved up, and waited 15 minutes to pay, followed by another 15 minutes to receive my drink.
At that point I wasn’t sure if I was in a drive-thru or filming a documentary. Why did I stay? Character development. For the plot. No smoothie should take this long unless there’s a hostage situation. The smoothie was good, but the journey was… unforgettable. Management should be ashamed. You have 2 people working on a Saturday, support your staff.

If Smoothie King ever hands out Christmas bonuses based on vibes, speed, and pure twin magic, these two deserve Santa’s entire sleigh.
The twins working here are actual legends. I don’t know how they do it, but my smoothie is always perfect — like they can read my mind, finish each other’s sentences, and telepathically know when I need extra protein after pretending I’ll start working out again in January.
They’re fast, hilarious, ridiculously friendly, and somehow make ordering a smoothie feel like part of my holiday cheer. Honestly, if Hallmark made a movie called “A Very Smoothie Christmas”, they’d be the stars.
10/10 service. 12/10 energy. 100/10 twin efficiency.
Give these two a raise, a crown, and maybe a festive smoothie named after them.

This place sucks. The employees have no urgency, they don’t listen everytime I come by I ask for sweet strawberries they always give me a plain bland smoothie having to remake everytime. Slow to answer in drive through, slow to speak up when your order is ready inside. I sat inside for ten minutes waiting for my drink she said she called my name well anyone with common sense would have spoken up louder or whatever! Ugh such an incompetent group of kids that work there!!! This place STINKS inside!! Like rotten milk. Lazy people. Slow service.

Dude, this place sucks! I came here last night and then gave them another chance and came again today both times I’ve had very bad experiences. Whoever that young girl with long braids is to be fired. Always have a stink attitude on her face , never a hi or welcome in when you come inside. The people that work here are so slow. These people have no training it seems like!!! it is dirty inside the sink is dirty inside with dirty tissues where they clean the blenders. When you walk inside it stinks so bad. The people that work here are so incompetent you will tell them something TWICE and they will still mess it up the order!!! Seems like they hired just anybody!! These people are incompetent and I truly do mean it. Service is so slow. The management needs to stop being cheap and actually hire more people. Stay away to remind me at this place again
