I called in at 11am on a Thursday. There was one staff member on duty that I could see. The two seats were upside down on the one table in the place. After 5 minutes and serving a drive through customer that turned up after me, the staff member finally acknowledged me. I ordered a bee berry sting and was told “we don’t have any of the ingredients for that.” The staff member then, without saying anything else, went into the back room and stayed there. I waited another 5 minutes to try to order something else then gave up and left. Not a great experience.

Update: ordered a smoothie yesterday on thier app, get there and the store is closed for “cleaning “.
No problem went back today to get paid for smoothie and the lady refused to make it for me. I’ve been eating here for years and I’m so done with this place. They can keep the $8, lesson learned.

On the road headed to Florida. My daughter has a restricted diet so we went out of our way to come here so she could eat. When we arrived 8 minutes after scheduled opening there was a worker standing outside in the cold rain waiting. He said he didn’t have the key to open up the shop and he said it’d be about an hour. He was very nice it’s just extremely inconvenient and a waste of our time and money. Plus she opted to wait to eat a smoothie, skipping breakfast and now she has nothing she can eat.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Walked and and was told rudely they can only accept cash. I then asked about using the app – she said “it don’t come through quick now, probably take 20-30 minutes”. Store showing closed on app even though it was only 3pm. Clown show – avoid at all costs!

Went thru the drive thru. Girl working knows my preferences pretty well. Gave me the smoothie in a plastic cup; had bad experiences with the “green cup” not holding up against the straw. Lol.

Every time I order a smoothie bowl it’s never fresh or done correctly. My strawberries are always slimy, blueberries are always ROOM TEMPERATURE , the acai base is liquidy, and I never get a good proportion of each fruit. Not to mention I did a mobile order last night and we got to the window and she had the store closed @8:30pm when they don’t until 9pm. We had to go up to the window & knock then she opened the store.

Ordered smoothies for our company… all chocolate ones tasted of banana when only one was supposed to have banana and other one was gritty bc it wasn’t mixed.. waste of 50 bucks!

The assistant manager has the worst attitude. Refused to remake watery smoothies she made. Buy from there couple times a week, no more of my business.
