So coming down the interstate leaving Shreveport on my way to New Orleans I remember there was a smoothie in West Monroe that I’ve been to before that I have yet to post about. I got off the interstate got me a burger from Chick-fil-A and went to the Smoothie King. I’m not sure the guys name that assisted me but he was very polite and helpful. I let him pick the smoothie of his choice for me. It was a great smoothie some type of peanut butter something. The location felt extremely small however it was clean. I would go back to this location. Just don’t go there looking for the king cake smoothie that you receive a email about because this location does not have it. Good job staff

I used to love this location but lately they haven’t even been filling the bowls up. I’m paying $13 for this and they can’t even fill it up correctly. Very aggravating. Not to mention this has happened at least the last 5 times I’ve been there now. I’m about to stop going. Also when I reached out about a rude employee they “contacted” me and then when I contacted them back they ghosted me… super unprofessional customer service

I went to this location tonight,2.28.25.. and first I waited at the drive thru to place my order for several minutes.. and when the young lady came on to take my order she was very unprofessional and I could hear laughing in her voice and I repeated my order 3 or 4 times. I visit here quite often and the evening/night shift really needs adjusting.

Love them!! Always has great varieties. They helped me to create a smoothie of my own that I would enjoy. They told me what flavors of protein powder goes well with which fruits and they also pointed out what nutrients will be good for after a workout. They are awesome! I go there at least once a week after a good workout yeah. Keep up the good work!

Seems like most smoothie places you order from an app, add extras you want. 20 dollar smoothie and you get a regular menu priced drink. Thanks. I enjoy spending an extra amount to get the regular amount.

I ordered two vegan medium smoothies here. These are the two vegan flavors I always get and they both tasted horrible. I normally buy my smoothies from Monroe, but since I hadn’t eaten all day I thought why not since I was in the area. Big mistake. I have ordered there before and they are normally really good but this time they drop the ball. West Monroe you let me down now you have to redeem yourself.
