I made a pickup order on the app and my dad went to pick it up bc I’m sick. I got a Caribbean way and he got a chocolate one. My dad didn’t know what smoothie I got, only that there was two smoothies. He comes back with two chocolate ones and I’m confused. I check my order to make sure I didn’t put it in wrong, and I didn’t. I call them saying they messed up the order and asked them how long it would take for them to make the new one if he came to pick it up. All the guy said back to my question was “alright” and ended on my face. He calls back 2 minutes later saying “bring the other smoothie back when you come”. Like cmon dude is it really that big of a deal when you’re just going to throw it away. How about let us keep it for the hastle of having to go back to get the right order. Almost forgot to mention the two smoothies were an inch low. He went back to get the right one and that one was filled, like it should be. And they chunked the mess up one. Wasteful. If this is a protocol they have for when THEY mess up, they should fix it. Canes gives you the food if they give you the wrong food.

Came in today 9/25/25 at 915 am for a strawberry gladiator. Girl made my smoothie and left it sitting in blender and waited on 2 drive in customers. When she got mine out of the blender it was watery. She tried adding more ice. More watery. Then she was going to add more strawberries. I told her I didn’t want it watery to remake it. She said she was trying to fix it. I told her no to remake it. She remade it. Same thing again. I told her I wanted my money back. The guy that was working with her asked if he remade it, would that be ok. I told him yes. It was good after that. After 15 minutes of waiting on a small gladiator.

I want to thank Logan for being a good sport in taking care of my order especially since the young lady who took my order did not even attempt to have it ready. So Logan took my order and fixed my smoothies in record time. He had a great personality and then he gave me a coupon for my next visit in an attempt to appease the poor service of the first worker, who was a female, who took my order over the intercom. They have such pleasant attitudes that you go there before thinking of anywhere else because of their great attitudes and service. Customer service at this location is impeccable!!! They were super busy when we pulled up and ordered. The guy at the window apologized for the wait but still had our açaí bowls and smoothie out so fast and all with a smile on his face! Way to go!!!!
