I pulled up to the window to order an the person taking my order asked me to repeat it 4 times. I then got to the window and he then again asked me to repeat it 2 more times. I’ve been sitting here for more than 15 minutes, I asked for a receipt and he said ok and never gave me it. Service was absolutely TERRIBLE.

On September 23, 2024 at 8:45 my husband and I arrived at the Smoothie King store Port Allen location. We sat at the drive thru window for approx 5 min. Shortly after a black Mercedes pulled up behind us (black male inside). No one would answer at the drive thru. My husband and I then drove to the front to see if anyone was in the store the lights was cut off. I then walked out of my vehicle to see what time this store closed. On the door it stated that the store closed at 9:00pm. A black female dark skin appeared to be missing a front tooth with a dark complexion was inside of the store mopping. When she saw me she then turned on the lights. I asked her while I was at the door was they closed she replied “the lobby was closed.” My husband and I then went back to the drive thru to attempt to place an order. She didn’t answer a second time. Shortly after the car that was behind us came to the door. The guy in the car appeared as if he knew the female that was inside because she then unlocked the lobby and talked to him briefly. My husband then asked the female why she refused to take our order in the drive thru the female did not respond. She literally ignored my husband. She continued to talk to the black male who was driving the Mercedes telling him to go back to the drive thru. She then took his order but refused to take ours which was very unprofessional. I also have video footage of this unprofessional awful service from this location. Another black female with a lighter complexion with red hair was inside the store as well. The pictures and video that are attached shows where at 8:48bpm the lights were off and the store appeared to be closed and at 8:52pm the lights were then turned on. However we arrived at exactly 8:45 pm.

I go to smoothie king twice a month as my only treat to myself when I get paid. I always get a peanut power plus with no banana and extra PB. This location made it BY FAR the worst, absolutely disgusting and full of chunks of protein. Thank God I work at a restaurant and could blend it when I arrived.

It’s been 6 months of boycotting this place, I gave y’all another try.
How do you manage to have your hulk both runny AND full of ice chucks at the same time.
Impressive.
Not the worst smoothie I’ve had from y’all, but not a lot better. At least I could drink/chew most of it.
I’ll stick to the other markets again for awhile. Chewing my runny smoothie is not worth the money spent.
Remember, I order these all over and have for 15 years. I’m not confused, y’all just suck. 🙂

Have gone consistently here on my way to work for the past year. Each time it has been disastrous (despite ordering ahead with the app as well) because employees 1. Never answer to take an order, even after waiting 15-20 minutes with no line! 2. When there is no line, making the smoothie takes an additional 10 minutes at least and 3. Can never make the smoothies consistently, one of which had added Peanut butter that could have been much worse had anyone ordering had an allergy!
Management has been alerted and while they are nice and try to fix things, the consistently bad service and wrong orders is too much to recommend this location to anyone else!

I come here almost every morning and I’m always met with excellent customer service and I’m always satisfied with my order, and even if there is a time where I’m not, they are always super helpful with assisting me with something that I might actually enjoy.
