I went for a Jonas brother concert and got really hot. I thought it was a good idea to get a smoothie. They premade everything so the smoothies are all warm. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They can’t even get me a refund. The workers tried to but they didn’t have the authority.

Great concert venue! Just saw Panic! at the Disco and loved it. Venue was very easy to get in and out of. No lines in t by e bathrooms and short lines for food. Friendly staff and clean. I would definitely recommend it for concerts.

A/C SHOULD NOT BE ON WHEN ITS 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE ITS FREEZING IN HERE very disappointed.
The only thing y’all can do that will make me return and not driving an hour or two somewhere else to see this event is not to turn the freaking AC on in 40° weather that was absolutely ridiculous and I even told one of the ushers and the only thing her stupid self can say is I don’t know they always turn it on I have attended so many events there I will not be back until something is done

For a conference like ours they were great. Mostly women attend so they switched the bulk of mens rooms to ladies. But there were not enough food concessions open so lines were loooong. A bit chilly inside, but everything ran smoothly, sound and lighting was great.

I’m staying in the Hyatt and I haven’t been able to sleep because the arena is so loud. I don’t understand why they need an announcer blasting as loud as possible outside the arena. The echo off the surrounding buildings is crazy…

Upper level lacks good options for concessions. The view from the seats are good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am visiting from out of town and would recommend the venue if an event you would like will be there.

Three Point Grill philly cheesesteak sandwich was very nasty. I paid $15.99 for stale bread and overly greasy previously frozen meat. The potato chips were soggy because the frozen meat was so greasy. Three Point Grill should be removed from the list of food vendors at the Smoothie King Center.
