Service and smoothie were great, however the drive thru is very narrow and there is a giant hole where obviously everyone goes over. Glad we were in our truck, maybe add a warning sign or fixing it.

Food is the same as any Smoothie King but they ALWAYS close early without announcement, which tells me it’s a lazy manager or kids running the store.
What is 10 minutes to an employee already in the store?
Because to someone that doesn’t know they close early and that drives to the store well before the specified closing time it’s incredibly inconvenient. Just update and say you close at 8:30… .

Went to this smoothie king on Sunday with a friend of mine. I ordered a 20oz smoothie and he ordered a 32oz with an extra fruit added into his smoothie. There was no one in front of us but it took them at least 15 minutes to make his smoothie. 3 other people came in, ordered and got their smoothies before anyone even asked what we were waiting on. Seemed like the girls working were too busy gossiping to pay attention to the order. I will most likely not be going back to this location again
*UPDATE* I submitted the form under “contact us” on the website like the reply to my review said to do and no one has reached out to me regarding this. Just another reason to be disappointed and not go back to smoothie king again

Add ons have been missed and we have gone back around with no issue. Tonight we arrived at the drive thru 45 minutes before close and the girl taking our order-she had red hair- acted like working and taking our order was the last thing she wanted to be doing. We asked a question about a certain item if you carried it and she rudly repeated the same question back to us the said no! Pretty unfriendly at the window to pay and one of the bowls ordered was missing the granola that already came on the bowl and I added bananas and that was also missed. The base was also soupy. For the price the bowels cost it was pretty disappointing tonight. Noticed on multiple reviews this past year a lot of the same issues are mentioned as far as order accuracy and unfriendly/ rude employees. Too bad this issue seems to be ongoing as smoothie king does have good products but your staffing and customer service etiquette seems to be a big issue.

Smoothie bowl for pickup was complete melted when there is a freezer they can be held in. Smoothie bowl was barely half full. For the price one would expect a fullish bowl.

Me my wife and kids decided get a smoothie and a bowl from smoothie kings after the gym. So we arrived and there were two entitled sour face kids working there with an ugly attitude. So rude to the customers in front of us and also too us. After we ordered when they gave us our smoothies the chick threw the straws on the counter instead of handing them to me. Also the guy threw the spoon on the counter rite in front of me as I had my hand out. Will never go back to that place ever again will not recommend this place to any one first time going already a bad experience already I really want to rate this place ZERO STARS!!

I am very displeased with how I was just treated as a paying customer I was told by the manager Mary that the owner does not want me in his business. she was extremely rude other than that.Margaret did a great job preparing my smoothie bowl. It was not acceptable. It was very unprofessional for the store manager Mary to talk to me the way she did and it is extremely unacceptable for a customer to be told by the manager that the owner does not want me in his business this is new knowledge to me I was never told that I am not allowed to be there especially as a paying customer. I also did nothing wrong to the owner to be treated in that way. And I will not be returning to Smoothie King.
